They have a pretty quick turnaround time (3-5 days) and are very generous with their hold times. I embarrassingly will admit it took me a few months to get back to pick them up, and thankfully they still had them waiting in the back. Also, the garage DOES go through to the back of the building where The Painting Place is - so the directions are correct. It was much easier to get there this time when I realized it was a pull-through garage under the building lol.... Another unique aspect that the painting place had was that their color tiles (examples for how the paint would look after firing) also included swatches before the kiln, and how it would look based on the amount of coats you made. They also had an assortment of examples for different applications on your pottery such as masking tape, masking tape stickers, freckled paints, and even glazes you would see on professional pottery. Examples of what you could make and the colors you could choose were all over the studio for easy reference. I had a lovely time and would certainly come back.
