The staff are not overbearing or helicopter sales people; giving you the time and space to lay on the mattresses to find your best match. Tracy was extremely helpful in guiding us to a mattress that would fit both our preferences and budget needs. They offer delivery options and will even take your old mattress too! We came here after basically being rudely dismissed by the mattress firm down the street because he didn't want to work with us on the delivery. The gentleman (Dennis) was very helpful and friendly and directed us to the type of mattresses we were looking for. He also offered us a military discount of 10% and free delivery in the day we needed it. He also gave us a couple time options. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very easy transaction! My wife was complaining about our Sleep Number bed for quite some time. We had it for at least 10 years and she's been having issues sleeping and also with her neck which she attributed to the bed. It was the commercials for Green Frog that lured us to their showroom. We had an MLILY mattress before which my wife loved. The commercial showed the MLILY mattresses in their showroom so it was a no brainer. We knew what we wanted and came to get it. Tracy was very nice and promised a quick delivery. Their drivers were here on New Years Day to deliver, set up the mattress and box spring as well as take our Sleep Number bed away. Happy wife, happy life. read more

I selected and purchased my mattress online, and within a few minutes, the store contacted me and gave me an ETA for arrival and delivery. My mattress arrived EXACTLY on schedule they gave me. Staff at the store and driver were very professional and courteous and accommodating with delivery schedules. I Highly recommend green frog. I Purchased this mattress after an awful experience with the biggest mattress retailer in the country. We ordered and paid for our mattress in July after the salesperson said it would take two weeks for delivery. After three weeks, I called Green Frog to inquire about when mattress delivery would be set-up. I did not receive a callback, so I called back again 7 days later. Zach told me our mattress and box spring were in stock, so we set-up for delivery the next day between 4-6 pm. I waited for delivery, and when I had not heard from them by 5:30 pm, I called Green Frog to inquire where the delivery truck was and Zach said our mattress was not on the truck. I let Zach know that we had our own truck and that we would pick up our mattress. We loaded our old mattress and went to Green Frog. Zach had trouble finding our mattress, so my husband assisted him in the warehouse, and they found it together. But then Zach couldn't find the box spring, so we waited for the delivery truck to return. The delivery man found the box spring and we loaded items onto our truck. I thought Zach was a nice guy, just not trained properly. He should have told us that the delivery truck had our items on the truck and that the delivery would take place before 6 pm on the day scheduled. read more

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Green Frog. The inside salesman, Dennis, was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Once we got our mattress home, it just wasn't what we were looking for- a little on the firm side. We dropped by the next day, stated our displeasure, and inquired about our options. I have never had such a terrible customer service experience in all my life. I purchased a bed with a 20 year warranty. Over the course of two years the mattress began to warp and sag. I called the store and asked them to help me by locating my original receipt so that I could fill out a warranty claim with the company. I even gave them the date of purchase.They said they would do this for me but never got back to me. I went in to the store several more times and was always told by each employee that they would look for the receipt but would never follow up. Approximately ten years have past and I am still stuck with the same bed. The condition of the bed continues to deteriorate year after year. Thanks for nothing! read more

I went to Green Frog Sleep Center with a VERY BAD back. I had tried visits to chiropractor, acupuncture, message therapy, physical therapy and Tens Pad: ALL to no avail!! When I went into the Sleep Center I explained my problem to Traci and let her know my budget restrictions. She immediately directed me to a WONDERFUL mattress, which I tried and LOVED. In an effort to be thorough, I asked if she had a firmer mattress; which she did. I tried the mattress on my back, which felt great. Traci then asked me if I liked to sleep on my back or my side and I told her my side. Turning on my side. I found the mattress to be TOO firm; so I immediately decided to buy the first mattress. My mattress was delivered by some GREAT folks and I was then ready to actually sleep on it. My first night was truly remarkable!! I awoke and got up out of bed feeling more rested than I had in YEARS. AND my sciatic nerve pain had subsided; so much so that I didn't have to use my walker anymore. I am SO happy now!! While I am not much on review writing I will not miss this opportunity to share my great experience about all the Green Frog staff. My elderly mother with back pain recently moved in with me so it was time for the old mattress to go. After doing my research, I thought a firm mattress on an adjustable frame would be best, so Dennis set me up with both. Unfortunately, when they were delivered, the frame would not work with the antique head and foot board so back it went and the firm mattress stayed. The next day, they contacted me with a plan to custom modify the frame so it would work, which involved Tracy taking measurements and making a template of the setup. Meanwhile, the firm mattress was not working for mom's aching back. The modified frame and the firm mattress was switched out (with no questions or difficulty) for a plush one and they have made all the difference in the world for a perfectly restful nights sleep. Even the delivery men where exceptional. By the way, I live an hour round trip away from their store and 3 trips were made to give this customer satisfaction. Who does that anymore?
