You walk in and you are in an air conditioned tiny room with some furniture, and then you have to walk into a massive warehouse that is absolutely not air conditioned to get to the workers and other furniture. It was at least 10 degrees hotter in here than it was outside and it's the middle of a Georgia summer. When we walked in the main warehouse there were 2 dudes sitting there talking to each other and never greeted us when we walked in. The proceeded to stare at my friend's butts as they continued talking and not acknowledging us. They thought I didn't see..... One guy did offer to help as my friends were already looking through furniture on their little computer and ended up not being helpful at all. My friend decided to just leave and look at her furniture on her personal computer so it's not so awkward and she can just help herself. Decent furniture, not decent people.

The delivery drivers called 3 hours before scheduled time and I had no one there, then it was like playing phone tag with the store and drivers, they gave another time but didn't show up til hours later. Absolute shit show!
