MORE LIKE ZERO STARS!!! So I'm a local here and went to Freemont St this weekend; have looked at these shirts a million times but never bought one util this weekend when I was there w/a friend of mine. I saw a cute one so asked the guy how much & he told me what the sign said: $19.99. It was ONE tank top. Once we went in to where they put the actual print on the shirt the sales guy put the shirt in the presser thing, THEN he asked if I wanted to add a "protective coating" for an extra $5, which I agreed to. A girl rang it up and asked if I wanted the receipt and I said "that's ok" (so I didn't see what she rang me up for). Well I checked my account today and saw a charge for $70.36! I thought it was a simple mistake until I called the guy who answered the phone # I found online for this "Custom Kings" charge on my account, and the guy told me I didn't understand the charge, and that the t-shirt is $19.99 but the PRINT was extra. So I asked him if he was trying to tell me that the tank top costs $70, and he wouldn't answer me, and proceeded to argue w/me, insult me, & I then told him I was going to report him to the BBB and tell all my friends to never buy anything from these incredulous deceitful people. I was fortunately able to call my bank and have them credit my account to where the charge was for the $24.99 that it was SUPPOSED to be. It was my first time buying anything from any of these little places in the whole 2 yrs I've been here so far, and it will be my last. I have lots of friends that come to visit from out of state and I will be sure to warn them all NOT to buy from ANY of these places. I was very excited to have 2 custom T-shirts made. At the end of the 2 shirts being made, I paid $208. I was told not to wash the shirts for 24 hours. That was not a problem since I was visiting Vegas and it would be a couple of days before I would be home to wash the shirts anyway. Once at home, I of course washed the shirts. After the wash, the prints on the shirt were so faded that you could barely make out what it was supposed to be. DO NOT spend your hard earned money here. read more

I was just in Vegas and on my last night I ordered 3 hoodies and 4 t-shirts. The guy seemed to be rushing my order. They charged me $411.00 and they messed up my hoodie by missing the g in Vegas. It was an expensive order like how do you not notice that you messed up?? I didn't see it until I got back home bc I had to pack and leave after I left the store. They also printed my Spider-Man shirt very poorly and it's faded. I tried calling the place three times and no answer. I don't understand how they can sell shirts without making sure they're in Perfect quality and rushing through them. I am very disappointed and will NEVER go their again and I highly recommend that you look over your stuff before leaving!!! They also did not have good customer service and we're rude. FRAUD! bought 2 shirts, one had been printed incorrectly. Charged $120...for TWO iron on shirts! DO NOT BUY. this is FRAUD.

big rip off!!!!!! I went in to ask about a kid's custom shirt... first question I asked was "how much is it?" and the girl answered " they start at $19.99"...that is ALL she said . After picking 2 kids plain T-shirts and putting on the pictures he wanted, she said " I gave you a really good deal, I didn't charge you the custom fee for the second one" and to my huge shock the bill for 2 kids T-shirts with 2 pictures on them came to a whopping $102.78!!!!!!!!!!! unbelievable !!!! what a rip off!!!!! read more

If there was a negative star rating.....this place would get it! Total scammers. Tried to charge me $225 for 3 toddlers shirts! Yeah...not gonna happen! After much arguing they dropped it to 20 a piece (still way overpriced) only because, I assume, they didn't want a scene to ruin the rest of their scams on Christmas eve. read more

I came there with a bunch of my own shirts and they said they could print my image I already had. The guys that helped me the day of were really mice and really helpful and worked really hard, but there work wasn't that clean and on two of my shirts they printed a different color saying that's how you get rid of the shading, when I actually had a file with no shading. So two of my shirts were wasted. They didn't offer to reprint it on their own shirts and I asked them to give me a discount on those two shirts. The guy said yes but he did not. They said 20$ a shirt and a 25$ fee for the gold that's 165 plus a sweatshirt from there. Total I paid over 200$ so they gave me no discount on the two shirts they wasted and didn't offer to reprint. They also took close to 3 hours so I had to come back. When I came back I wanted to talk to somebody else about the two shirts and crystal was extremely rude to me. She had the worst attitude and she recorded our conversation without my permission when I told her I would never have her represent my company her attitude was horrible. She talked to me like I was stupid. Also I requested the image not be on the chest but right below it and the image on the two wrong color shirts is so low it's practically by my belly button. They also sealed all the lint in the image so it looks dirty and left some extra foil on the back of another shirt. Like I said it's just not that clean of work overall, however, I prob still would have printed more things there if they were better about fixing their mistakes or talked to me nicer when I expressed my concerns to Crystal. I was very disappointed in my experience at Custom Kings in Las Vegas. I waited for over an hour for a t-shirt to be printed. The employees were outside smoking and only one person was inside working and could not make the shirt because they were talking to other customers. My order was done after another customers. I was very frustrated and kept hearing "it's almost ready..." I do not recommend using this company and wish I could go back in time and use a different shirt printing company. read more

2 jersey shorts, with six letters each = over $200! The girl helping me was like it won't be more than $50, because I had seen everyone that had paid complained about the pricing. I kept asking her and she was like don't worry, I gave you special pricing. They get your ID and Credit Card before they tell you the price, I guess to screw you over and then point to the NO REFUNDS sign. I asked how much it was and owner? guy said $258, which included $25 cust fee and then price PER LETTER. I told them I was NOT going to pay more than what the girl quoted me and then they started speaking Arabic? Then he got aggressive and told me this was custom, I had to pay. I told them NO and continued arguing telling him that the girl had quoted me $48 plus tax, then he said the girl was new so she wasn't familiar with the pricing and then I was like "that's not my problem, and it's false advertising and dishonest practices." Then he gets some security guy and I continue to tell him I'm not going to pay to call the police! He finally asked how much I wanted to pay and I told him what I was quoted, the $48 plus tax.. after a plethora of profanity on his part he gave me a total of $51 and I agreed! Complete trash. SCAM. OH yes, and then direct you to this piece of paper with all their information on letter costs and merchandise cost by the counter covered with a shirt, complete BULL. NEVER AGAIN.
