I had the most incredible experience at the UPS Store while shipping a plant from Las Vegas to Missouri for my mom with Malkit Kaur. I've never encountered customer service quite like this before. Malkit went above and beyond--she packaged the plant with such care and thoughtfulness, it honestly blew me away. She took the time to protect every inch of it, making sure it would arrive safely! You don't meet many people like her these days--genuinely kind, meticulous, and truly invested in doing a great job. I'm honestly at a loss for words because her service was that outstanding and incredible. People deserve to know how amazing she is, and I hope her effort is recognized and appreciated. She made a simple shipping errand feel like a five-star experience. Thank you Malkit for being so amazing and helpful but most of all so caring towards me and my daughter! Yay, there's a brand new UPS store that's very convenient to my daily route! I know they seem to be everywhere, but this is located in the brand new shopping center across from the Walmart off Blue Diamond road. I seem to be coming here almost weekly to drop off return packages for Amazon, and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and service. I went in to return an Amazon package, and the experience was extremely frustrating. A younger employee initially told me I needed to buy a new box and couldn't place the label over the original packaging. I explained that I've always returned Amazon packages this way. She then had to ask her coworkers behind her while they were on their phones, who confirmed that it was perfectly fine to do so. By that point, I was already irritated. Then when she told me the cost to print the label, she said $26, which was shocking. When I questioned it, she corrected herself and said it was actually $2.60. I don't understand how you can make that kind of mistake in the first place. She then said she would take care of attaching the label, after I paid, but it's now been two days and there's still no update from Amazon that my return was even received. Normally, I get a notification the same day it's scanned. Overall, the service was disorganized, confusing, and unreliable. I will have to go back with my receipt to see what happened to my return! Located just off Blue Diamond & Rainbow this newly opened UPS store is my new go to place for dropping off my packages. They are open Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm. Saturday from 9am to 5pm & Sunday from 10am to 3pm. The store is very clean and organized which was amazing! They have mailboxes, a printer, lots of boxes/ mailers to choose from for your package, and lots more! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient with my packages. No one was there when I went so dropping off my packages was a breeze. I definitely will be back the next time I need to ship something. read more

I send around 40 packages via UPS per day. I usually go to a different UPS store, even though this one is closer, because their weekday cutoff is later than this location. However, I was very happy to see that this location has a later Saturday cutoff! Unfortunately, despite the fact that I arrived before the 3pm Saturday cutoff (I arrived at 2:48) and the UPS driver arrived after I did, my packages did NOT make it out on Saturday. I realize I was dropping off a lot of packages and I realize I didn't get there TOO much earlier than the cutoff, but it's extremely frustrating to be told that the cutoff is at a certain time, get all packages scanned before that time (done scanning all packages at 2:59) and still to have not had them picked up. I would honestly love to use this store in the future since I send out so many packages and this one is closer, but I'll continue to use the UPS store on Blue Diamond near Arville who I've never had a problem like this with.
