I ordered about 1100 worth of branded t shirts for an event. I confirmed with the sales rep that the shirts would arrive 7 days before the event. The agreed upon arrival date came and went. The next day, I contacted the sales rep who said they would check in and let me know the status of my order. Wednesday - no answer. I tried calling EB customer service and they said my sales rep was on a call and would call me back as soon as possible. They never called. I tried calling back and suddenly the office had an automatic voicemail that said they were closed. In fact, each time i've tried calling, I call again and then they are suddenly "closed." I'm starting to think they are screening their calls. I had my colleague call from her phone and guess what - they answered! She explained that we would have to dispute the charge and the customer service rep was unhelpful and did not give us any clarity about next steps. Now it's two days post the event, and the t shirts have arrived. We have been charged the total amount for the shirts. Shirts that are no longer of use for me, because the event has passed. I had to rush order 500 dollars worth of BLANK shirts, spend my weekend making stencils, so that during the event at least our guests had "a tshirt" as promised. What a mess. I still cannot get any clarity all of these days later. I'm reading other reviews and really regretting my choice to work with this company, as one review says they've waited two months and still no resolution. Unfortunately, we will be disputing this charge.
