When I brought them in to get them fixed I made the mistake of not agreeing on the price first and was overcharged nearly 100$ just to get the lettering replaced on the 5 worst ones . She probably replaced the letters on just 2 of those jerseys ; the other ones she obviously cut corners by "heat-pressing". This is a cheap way for her to cut corners which only keeps the letters on for about one wash. They are ALREADY starting to peel off! When I asked her politely about why the price was so high on obviously poor quality work Kristi Brownfield the owner was totally unsympathetic and borderline rude; making it seem as though I was an idiot that didn't know what I was talking about. Lesson learned. I will never go back to Brownfield Sports again and I recommend to anyone that doesn't want the hassle of overpaying for shoddy work to steer clear .

Needless to say I was texted the art work to approve finally 2.5 weeks later. Finally got the shirts another weeks and a half later and the sizes are wrong (not all) but enough after all the trouble I went through. I will never use Brownfield Sports again. I will take my chances with an online company next time.

Today I walked into the store with one of the sweatshirts I bought from here a couple weeks ago. I looked around for a while and picked out a nice shirt I wanted to buy. Then I had to use the bathroom and knew that they had a bathroom. But, I was trying to be polite and asked the girl that was working there if they had a bathroom. She responded "No." I knew that they had a bathroom and decided to not buy the shirt. I walked away and talked to my boyfriend, who said, he had used the bathroom there before. Then I called my father because we were here a couple weeks ago when I bought something. I asked him if he used the bathroom here before and he responded yes. Then I contacted and asked my roommate if she had used it before, and she also responded yes. At this point I knew 3 people that had used this bathroom before, so I decided to go back and confront the girl working. I told her that My dad, roommate, and boyfriend had used the bathroom before and she was speechless. She responded nervously, and said "I was told we are not allowed to let people use the bathroom." I was very confused because she responded "No" to having a bathroom, so now all of a sudden, they do have a bathroom? She lied to me and was VERY nervous to talk to me. She should have told me that in the first place, because then we would have not had a problem. Let me tell you, I have been to this store MANY times and every time I come into this store I am greeted. But this time, the girl did NOT greet me. She was on her computer the entire time, never asked if I needed any help, and was also eating Blaze pizza. She was very rude from the beginning. All I did was confront her, and she did not respond well. She told me I was yelling and her and I was very defensive, when all I was doing was confronting her. I then asked for her name, and the managers contact information. She did not provide me with her full name, and also just gave me the first name of the manager. What am I supposed to do with that? How am I supposed to complain about an employee if I do not have any contact information. So I asked her for his information, and she said "I am not allowed to give you any of his information." WHAT!? How is anyone able to talk to the manager of the store? He or she does not know what is going on with their employees. I would have understood if there were many people in the store, or if there was an event going on that I could not use the bathroom. But instead she responded "No," because she was too lazy to give a customer an explanation. I am not sure why there is a policy of not letting customers use the bathroom, because I clearly was a customer. I showed her the sweater I was wearing, and showed her the same sweaters on the rack next to me that I had bought a few weeks ago. I was a customer here and was about to buy something. I have surely already told people about my experience here and they have responded that they have had similar experiences here with the employees. I am going to further my research on finding the manager of this store, so I can explain to him or her what happened. I hope no one has this experience here because it was very alarming and shocking.

Half Hazard Press is one of the coolest local businesses in the whole Blo-No area. Chris and the…read moreguys are putting themselves on the map through their unique designs and creative ideas. As far as merchandise goes, the front of the shop consists of various printed tees, sweatshirts, beanies, hats, prints, and stickers. Behind the counter is where a lot of the equipment for printing designs on clothing is located. But one of the coolest parts of the shop is a wall that features HHP's past work of posters for bands, musicians, and other events. Half Hazard has made tour posters for big names like Selena Gomez, Brad Paisley, Jason Aldean, Pitbull. They also made an official poster for the movie "It." They have also done some sweet collabs with local businesses like Coffee Hound and Illinois Tattoo Company. The staff is super friendly as well. Chris is a super cool dude and wanted to help me in any way he could. HHP is making legit designs for bigtime names, and I'm excited for their future.
