Being honest, I didn't end up getting into a contract with LeafFilter. But here's why: I had an…read moreappointment scheduled and the rep called me 45 minutes AFTER we were to meet at my house. He told me he was still 30 minutes out. I said we could still meet but we had to be quick. He arrived and proceeded with the same sales pitch with little regard for my time. In the end, it was almost $10K dollars to do less than 100 feet of gutter guards. Insanity. Worst of all, he stormed out of my house like I wasted his time. Smarmy sales person pitching insanely expensive product and can't even show up on time. No thanks.

These people installed leaf filters on our roof in Aug. 2023 and in Oct I was informed my roof…read moreneeded replacement. in order for their warranty to stay effective they have to remove and replace filters prior to roof installation. What they dont bother to tell you when you purchase the filters if you need any work done after installation they charge a $278.00 fee to remove and $278.00 to reinstall. All that involves is removing the screws and lifting out each filters from gutters. brackets will stay inside gutters. This add'l cost is after paying $4,589 dollars for installation on back gutters and front of house gutters as there are no gutters on sides of roof edges. This is outrageous and price gouging in my opinion. It took took them 4 days to even return my calls and inquires for estimate, after they promised a 24 hour response period. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR GUTTER NEEDS!!
