The actual decals lacked the clean, professional look we desired. And when I asked if they could make a smaller decal with no background for a whiteboard we had, they told us it would be impossible because they didn't have the tools necessary. Well, we found another company near by who did. And most importantly they DOUBLE CHARGED US on that order, while at the same time telling us the second decal they printed "because there was extra space" was for free. Their customer service is great I can expect an email quote within 24 hrs. most the time they are even quicker then that. They will send you a proof of your print job to approve before they actually print it, and let you know as soon as it's ready for pick up. My vinyl banners have turned out great! For my big print jobs I can always count on PIP and it's great that they are local. The staff is always friendly when I'm picking up my prints and double check everything with me before I walk out the door. I emailed Signarama with my file and Patty sent me a quote for the work and told me they would be able to turnaround my work to meet my next day timeframe. My flight was to arrive after they closed so they went above and beyond to make arrangements with the business next door to hold my prepaid order. It was a pretty simple vinyl lettering cut job but the pre-mask was applied well and worked out perfect.
