They will send you a proof of your print job to approve before they actually print it, and let you know as soon as it's ready for pick up. My vinyl banners have turned out great! The staff is always friendly when I'm picking up my prints and double check everything with me before I walk out the door. The actual decals lacked the clean, professional look we desired. And when I asked if they could make a smaller decal with no background for a whiteboard we had, they told us it would be impossible because they didn't have the tools necessary. Well, we found another company near by who did. And most importantly they DOUBLE CHARGED US on that order, while at the same time telling us the second decal they printed "because there was extra space" was for free. So I decided to call today to get a quote and at no point did she apologize for not responding to my email but proceeds to tell me she can't provide that without creating an invoice and could not create an invoice until the order was placed. I have never heard of this and our organization gets quotes all the time from buisnesses. I told her since it was such an inconvenience on her part we will check elsewhere and she said ok bye bye.
