She is so patient with Miguel and knows how to capture him in the moment (I have yet found a photographer who can capture Miguel laughing or smiling in a photo like she has). My wedding was in 2021 and I've only received the photos. i had reached out to her idk how many times and once I finally got a response from her she had mentioned she wasn't really doing the package deals. Mind you me and her had spoken about the package I was booking her for. She agreed to it. That's what was on our contract. Thats what I paid her for. its been extremely difficult dealing with her. I'm a very patient and understanding person. I had told her if I didn't receive the additional items I would file small claims. She sent a big paragraph saying I pretty much wouldn't have a case. She said her mom was going to be delivering my additional items. I provided her with my home address and still nothing. I sent her a text message last year with my new phone number and she never responded to me. I also have proof of everything. I definitely regret booking with her. And the quality of the photos were not good at all. I feel like she picks and chooses on how good she does with her clients, and with me was the worst experience.
