She is so patient with Miguel and knows how to capture him in the moment (I have yet found a photographer who can capture Miguel laughing or smiling in a photo like she has). Personally my experience with mari has been nothing but phenomenal! She keeps in touch and sends me updates about my sessions. My wedding was in 2021 and I've only received the photos. i had reached out to her idk how many times and once I finally got a response from her she had mentioned she wasn't really doing the package deals. Mind you me and her had spoken about the package I was booking her for. She agreed to it. That's what was on our contract. Thats what I paid her for. its been extremely difficult dealing with her. I'm a very patient and understanding person. I had told her if I didn't receive the additional items I would file small claims. She sent a big paragraph saying I pretty much wouldn't have a case. She said her mom was going to be delivering my additional items. I provided her with my home address and still nothing. I sent her a text message last year with my new phone number and she never responded to me. I also have proof of everything. I definitely regret booking with her. And the quality of the photos were not good at all. I feel like she picks and chooses on how good she does with her clients, and with me was the worst experience.
