Great service and prices! I was in Mesa for a month and needed some engraving done. I called three trophy stores and was given a two week turnaround time. When I mentioned I needed the back of a belt buckle engraved they said they did not have the equipment. One of the stores recommended Trophy Den. I took my belt buckle to the store and John said he would be able to engrave the back of the belt buckle within five days and gave me a quote. I had a Family Calendar made for birth dates throughout the year via Etsy. I had to get the wooden disks engraved with family member names and dates to hang under the months. After doing some research and calling around I decided to go with Trophy Den. The owner answered and took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for. He was very patient and thorough with providing details on how the process works. I decided to move forward with them and couldn't be happier. He said they would be ready by next Friday and they actually called Tuesday and had it done well ahead of time. Quoted a very reasonable price and the engravings met my expectations. I had a bad experience here. Staff told me over the phone to make the drive from surprise and that they could accommodate my order. When I arrived, a different employee tried to ramble on about how he wouldn't be able to do the job in time and tried to explain just how difficult it would be. I have used Trophy Den a few times over the years for work related awards. They are awesome, especially when it comes to customer service. I tried to work with another vendor out of state using their online service. I was told pricing was great. That was not the case and their customer service was awful. Trophy Den to the rescue! I brought a stainless steel 12 mug that was a tennis trophy many years ago. A faded sticker stated that my dad won a tennis tournament but the dishwasher and time made this mug as totally void of any message. I brought the mug to Trophy Den looking for a way to remember my father's accomplishment. Trophy Den looked at the mug and did not seem confident in this task. They etched a message in the mug that was difficult to read (you had to hold the mug 6 inches away to read it and placed a tennis sticker that did not stay put very well. I asked if color could be added to improve the appearance and they said no. I walked away losing $25 bucks and worried that the next vendor would have to undo the worthless etching performed at Trophy Den. I wish I knew the best way to decorate this mug before going to this store - they were not helpful and they knew their work was not appreciated. read more
