I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I walked in, confirmed my options, paid for the services as I was dropping my car off, and left. Martin told me it would be 2-3 hours so I planned my day accordingly. I called at the 2-hour mark and my car was readyyyyyyyyyy!!! Upon arriving back at 519 Customz I was provided my keys and walked to my car and Babeeeeeeeee... OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHH!!! 519 Customz did an AMAZINGGGGGG Job on my Tint and not only was it sized to the window perfectly, but there were NO Bubbles and no water spots either. Three days later I still had a ton of bubbles in EVERY WINDOW tint. So, I told him it was messed up and he said bring it back and they would do it again. Second round of tint application yielded the same results...bubbles in all of the windows and a poor job overall. The owner said to bring it back again (1.3 hrs round trip form me btw). He said this time he would have his best tint guy do the work. Third round of tint application and sure, it got a little better. Instead of several bubbles in every window tint, just a few bubbles in the side windows and a ton of bubbles in the back. So, still a crap job overall. At this point, the owner said he could try again or just take the tint off...but he said there was NO OPTION for a refund. So, I was out $350, and still never got what I paid for. The experience was horrible and even there 'best' tint guy was unable to do a basic tint job correctly. I took it to another place that laughed at the situation and said they will do it right for me or I do not pay. I would not recommend 519 Customz for tint...or anything, since they put money first and customer satisfaction last...and do not know tint.
