The fitment of the grille is so off that there is a gap between the grille and hood. I had a conversation with Ricky ( not sure if he is the lead auto repair technician ) explaining my dissatisfaction with the work . Ricky stated the grille is a aftermarket part , that the insurance wouldn't pay for an oem part. The issue I have with that is Corzav's Never reached out to the insurance company to let them know the grille didn't fit , nor did Corzav's request a payment adjustment to look for another grille. The owner of Corzav's Cory reached out to me and said he would do what he could to find a OEM grille to give him 2-3 weeks that he (Cory ) wanted me to be a satisfied customer. It's been over a month and Cory has only responded to one text I sent to him that he (Cory) had been out of the country and would call me later that day when he returned. Cory has not contacted me.All I want is for my truck to be fixed to a standard that is acceptable. Corzav's has a written warranty guarantee that parts or materials used are of first quality and this is not true. I will never use or refer anyone to Corzav's. I am a extremely dissatisfied customer. He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).
