The paint chip was about the size of half of a dime. I brought my car here and they charged me 1/5 the price of Tesla and Half the price of anyone else. They completely fixed the area and color matched and painted it as well. I dropped the car off at 4 pm and got it at 10am the next day. ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE SERVICE. They also washed my car btw. Professional ,non-exploitative and the best decision that I could have made. Top Tier: 10/10 especially given the fact the it was my new car

I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I wasn't able to listen to music at all and it was killing me slowly in this Atlanta traffic. It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.
