I was provided a quote in less than 24 hours and it was easy to make an appointment. The quote was very reasonable, so reasonable I thought they use that to get you in and then upsell you on stuff. NOPE!!! What I was quoted was exactly what I paid. They only ask what shade you want I arrived and was greeted promptly and checked in. They have a small waiting room inside with a TV, water etc available while you wait. There's also a nice outside patio area as well. My appointment was for 1pm and I was done around 3:30pm. It was nice that the inside was wiped down and there were no drips (or spots) from installation. I've definitely had places that just leave a mess and cost WAY more. There is a small convenience fee if you use a card vs cash. That's the norm at a lot of small businesses, so I didn't mind it. I definitely recommend coming here. Be careful with this company, they didn't even have the kindness to show me how to do the job, much less give me instructions on how to download the application to be able to work the running boards. I don't even have a code or anything because it asks me for a code, the fat ass only charged me and he's already garbage at serving customers and this job is shit, I'd better look for other different people who can lift my truck, put new rims and bigger tires on it, but never this incompetent company. read more

CTU contacted me with a solution and not just the problem, and took care of all repair costs. They handled the accident professionally so I decided to go back to them for the tint service and they did not disappoint! They comped the service and did a wonderful job. First time in CTU in Auburn, AL. Had a decked system installed. Told me 2-3 hours, it took 4. The two guys at the front desk didn't seem to care it was taking so long. I had to go and ask twice what the holdup was. Never once did they stick their head in the customer lounge to explain any delays and why. When I settled up the bill, no thank you, no appreciate your business. I did get an apology from one of them about the delay. When the person that installed the system brought my keys inside to the front desk, the guy I was working with the most was on the phone and let me stand there another 5 minutes before the other guy realized I needed my keys. The technician who installed the system did a good job, but the front desk guys need to show a little more professionalism, courtesy and act like they care to a customer. Update. Nic Brooks the General manager who CTU seemed like he cared at first and told me if I needed anything to call him. I was having trouble with the steering on my F-250 they halfway put the suspension lift on. I've tried calling and texting Nic Brooks but he will not respon. Come to find out the steering bracket was on wrong. read more

Called got a price for window tint, arrived for the appointment and after 30 minutes they say the price will be double! I asked to get the vehicle back, took 10 minutes, how long does it take to walk back and drive up front? While he was retrieving I talked to who I assumed was the manager, he had a blank look and ignored my concerns. Finally got the vehicle back and the guy I was dealing with was very rude about the whole situation. Called another shop when I left, stopped by, he did the job for the originally quoted price and took 40 minutes doing a great job. Last year my wife had her windows tinted at CTU, the price went up after she got there but wasn't double and went ahead with the job. Two visits and twice the price goes up. read more

This business moved to a bigger and nicer location. I wanted to get some custom work done on my car and this business had done work for me before. I called first and voice-mail stated Saturday hours but upon going, they do not have Saturday hours. Went in person during the week and the guy behind the counter immediately assumed I wanted tint although I already have it. 1st stereotype. When I told him what I wanted done he did not act like he even wanted to look up any info, as if it was a pain for him. He was not friendly or welcoming. We looked at a couple of options and i gave him my number and he said he'd call me in a couple of days. Fast forward a week later and still nothing. I called and the same guy answered. He said oh, he'd lost my number, never apologized, and said he couldn't find a supplier. I don't believe that since I did have a custom place in Columbus do the job who got the parts right away. I honestly believe that he just did not want African American business. The atmosphere was not welcoming to me, but the white men who came in were greeted very nicely and politely. I also spoke with a local dealership that sent another client there that had the same experience I had. I spent $2000 on the custom work and am very pleased. UPDATE: Spoke to one of the owners who reached out to me to apologize for the experience I had and to assure me that what I perceived is not his business culture. He was very sincere and let me know that it had been handled. I appreciate that he wanted me to know this and will go back next time I want some custom work done. Very impressed by his professionalism in handling my complaint. Going to see if I can get some paneling installed. Will update after I go! read more
