They refuse to return calls or accept responsibility for their mistakes. I do not recommend any females use this mechanic as they take advantage if you are not knowledgeable about cars. Using this "quick lube" location cost me over $200 for what should have been a simple oil change because their techs are not certified or trained properly.

I had a flat tire. I wanted it replaced with the exact same tire. The next day they replaced…read morethe tire but it was the wrong tire and they damaged my wheel significantly. They ordered and replaced the tire and planned to repair the wheel. The next week they told me that the wheel was not repairable and would need replaced. I went back today to have it replaced but they ordered the wrong size replacement wheel and it did not appear to be an OEM wheel. I have been promised that they will replace the wheel with an OEM part. I've called twice to speak to the regional manager with no return call. I am hopeful that they will replace the damaged wheel with a new one. Communication is poor. I do not recommend Mavis.
