At the point of sale I was so exhausted after spending all day at the dealership that I did not take another hour to read every page I signed. It was my fault I did not see I was charged. I read everything the next day at home. I was never asked or told about GAP coverage. I was not concerned as I did read I had 30 days to cancel with a full refund. I requested the cancel in writing two days after the purchase. I sent all parties a copy of request. Mail was return undeliverable from KIA 1687 S, College St address. I contacted my sales agent the same day it was returned and emailed the request for process the same day. He was wonderful and assured me it would be taken care of. Still within a week of purchase. I have had to chase the refund to my loan. When the bank received the refund it was prorated. So, again I had to chase why. That's when contact with me stopped from the local dealer. I have contacted corporate office and I was assured a check for the difference had been sent. They did not know where or when I would get that check or if it was sent to me or my bank. Advised me to contact the local dealer. I do love my van and it has been a great addition to my life. This was a learning experience for sure on what to do and not do.

It's an easy job, as long as you have a lift to easily get to the transmission pan underneath. Once there the guy tells me he doesn't know how do it, and I should go to a specialty shop to have it done. Ok, if you can't drain and refill ATF on a Chevy truck transmission (4L60E, literally the most popular transmission in GM history) you don't need to be advertising yourself as a mechanic shop. Maybe this guy is great at whatever he actually does know about working on automobiles, but you might want to call ahead and find out.

There is a small convenience fee if you use a card vs cash. That's the norm at a lot of small businesses, so I didn't mind it. I definitely recommend coming here.
