Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. He even called her later this morning to make sure they were doing ok, on their way and reassured and reminded them of all the good things that are on the way. Thank you Faulks and Thank you Bubba!

Just walked into this location and got no customer service skills at all from the workers. No one…read morespoke to me when I entered the store. Both looked up and saw me come in. Next I was having difficulty finding the tools I needed and walked throughout the entire store looking and no one asked me if I could use some help. I finally decided to leave and go to another store. On the way out I saw they could have gotten the sale because I saw the tools behind the counter. Losing sales because of bad customer service

The courteous employees were able to look up battery options over the phone and give out pricing. Then once at the shop, they quickly verified that the battery had called it quits, replaced it, and even offered up tips for keeping batteries healthy. The employees were all wearing face coverings correctly. Other customers? Hit or miss. There were also barriers at the registers. I did notice that there were several women employees working. This is great if you don't identify as a man and find auto parts stores to sometimes be intimidating or unwelcoming. But one guy who was there was helpful and quickly pointed out where something was when I asked where I could find it. I don't know for certain, but due to the existence of an O'Reilly Auto Parts store right next door, I'd assume prices are rather competitive.

He got the right size of spark plug wires and helped us out in the parking lot until things went back to normal! Only a four because we went there in the first place and ended up with the wrong size of wires. . . .which caused the ordeal. But! Being away from home with no more mechanic friends, this place is next best!!

Went in to get a battery tested and buy some wiper blades. There were no other customers. There was…read moreone employee, clearly very busy. I never saw him, but he was in the back. He took phone calls and sounded distressed about his workload. I hung out by the counter, waved, said "hello" and never got an answer. The door has a loud bell when you walk in. Drove next door to Autozone, where they had 3+ employees working. Greeted me with "good morning" tested my battery, got me a replacement, did everything for me, etc. They were also busy with phone ringing constantly but handled everything spectacularly. Summary: O'Reilly's under-staffed, but luckily next to an AutoZone that will handle your needs quickly!!
