After,less that 10,000 miles the treads have lessen to almost none left,the tires are unsafe because they are making loud noises, and I almost loss control when my car skidded and slided,there was a small amount of water in the streets, tires are dangerous and can cause me to have a accident. I have called the business, went to the business emailed the contact, the manager refused to do anything about the tires, all they care about is the money,they don't care about my safety.The business did not contact Hercules, the manufacturer, they refused to do anything about the defective, unsafe, poor quality and horrible tires, this is a horrible bad business and I don't recommend them, they sold me these bad tires and refused to honor the warranty. I don't believe that Gray's has been doing any of the work I paid them for,if they weren't a dealer, they had no right to sale me this junk, I have tried numerous times to resolve these issues, however, they have ignored my emails, my phone calls, I showed the manager the tires and he ignored them. Three other businesses have stated that the tires are bad and need to be replaced one business called Gray's, to tell them about the tires and he didn't want to talk to him, this horrible bad business took my money and are ignoring me,they are rhe worst poor excuse for a business and a so called business, they didn't treat me right as a customer. I absolutely do not recommend this business, because they are not trustworthy and they sold me bad tires and refused to honor the warranty I paid for. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this business bad business practices.

We were at Walmart shopping by 11a and sipping beer at the hotel by 12:30p. Here is my real happy place: the service and office atmosphere was complete calm. I can tell they all care for each other. They even give A 15% MILITARY DISCOUNT!!! Here in Alabama that helps since tax is 10%. (We own a canyon Denali and the oil change was almost $80 including the tire rotation. It's costly!) During my check in, sadly i was told that the oil change would take an hour. For an oil change?! I was shocked. I dropped it off at 720am and they took it back almost immediately! I got it back at 845am. That's almost 90 minutes. A little excessive for an early drop off. Sadly no rental car available. Only shuttle service. And Prattville is far. i have errands to run too and just have to wait for the vehicle to be completed. After 30 minutes still no update as listed on the bulletin. Even when i inquired, there was still no update. Almost an hour and i inquired again. I asked a time frame but none was given. All i was told was "i just went back there and he's putting oil in it now". Not a great update sadly. Would i bring it back to this dealer for service? More than likely. They talk to me like I'm a person and not a dumb woman like Larry Puckett Chevrolet in Prattville did. Downside is cost.

I waited a week an called, they had not got to my car. Waited 2 -3 days and went to the service department to see when they expected to get to my car. I was advise the reason for the delay was the COVID virus and they only had 3 mechanics but they did run the analysis and the repair estimate was $3500.00. I selected the items I wanted repaired which included 3 motor mounts on a car with 48000 miles. I could take the car and they would keep my place in line, and they would call me when to bring the car back! 2 months later no call! In frustration I brought a new car from a reputable dealer and traded the Cadillac. Bottom line, I will never buy another Cadillac unless I can get it serviced somewhere else. Here is an aside, my new cars battery failed, the new car dealer gave me a rental car during the repair and analysis of the electrical system which was repaired by an up date. Day and night difference between the Montgomery Cadillac dealer an my new car dealership.

When you have a lift and impact gun it should not take you 3 hours just to do the front suspension. I could have done it myself if i have an impact gun and a lift. I found the only experienced and knowledgeable mechanic in that shop is billy. So ask billy to fix your car and nobody else. The pricing is about 10% savings but with decent quality work. Overall they need more experience mechanic in there. Also no ASE certified mechanic working there . They have the plaque of ASE certified mchanic hanging on their wall but no longer working there. Their work is comparable to mobile mechanic around montgomery area but mobile mechanic is cheaper.

I ordered a motor and had it shipped to the store which arrived on Monday June 06,2016. The shop owner advised me the car would be ready no later than that Wed afternoon. To make a long story short, I was given the run around until today Tuesday June 14,2016 when I went into the shop to inquire about my car.Not only was my car not ready but it was stripped. The motor was removed along with the parts that are under the hood including the battery. I found food where they apparently ate lunch in the car, but this is not the worst part. The owners were extremely rude, they used profanity and pushed my car out of the shop and dropped the motor beside the car. One of the employees which was the owners son began kicking my motor and screaming obscenities.I had to have my car towed and filed a complaint with the police department. The new motor I had delivered to the store was not returned to me. This place should be closed down. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THE ARE CROOKS. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PARTS THEN CATCH AN ATTITUDE WITH YOU.
