Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is top notch. I have so far seen Selena and Lisa for massages and I recommend them both. They are very punctual, the room is calming with music and there is a very relaxing ambiance. The temperature of the room is perfect. Selena is talented and she knows how to identify your knots and tension, she's also a very sweet and friendly person. Lisa is also great and implements some essential oil therapy, along with craniosacral massage. Shiloh, the owner, is super sweet and talented at what she does. Just renewed for another 3rd month for personal training with Anthony. We have been focused on upper body and lower body strength training. He helps customize your workout to achieve your goal while preventing injury during training. This gym is smaller than your regular 24hr fitness/LA fitness which I appreciate cuz you get that one-on-one training without being overwhelmed. The first time I went I was charged twice. Ok, mistakes happen. I was given store credit. My next visit they changed therapist without informing me prior to coming in. Ok, I went with the flow. After enduring a couple of visits in a cold environment where the therapist is wearing a sweatshirt and cold hands I finally had to complain and requested the bed to be heated and if the therapist could warm her hands. She tried but I still jumped when she placed her hands on me. From day one I asked the therapist not to pull on or bend my arms or legs, well she forgot. It happens. I was looking forward to my massage yesterday however upon my arrival the door was locked. I called but went to voice. I called again and was told because I didn't confirm they squeezed someone in and asked me to come in and wait 30 minutes. I was not happy and declined, due to time constraint. Shiloh is amazzzzing! I felt better 10 minutes into my massage. I have chronic pain from a neck injury three years ago. Custom wellness honors Groupon prices, which is where I found the business. The environment is calming. I was greated by a smiling Shiloh and the sweetest fur friend, Dash! I started by filling out the usual disclosure form and brief history in the lobby area. Shiloh then walked me to the massage room. I must say I've had some pretty terrible massages. The sheets were scratchy and uncomfortable, the therapists were NOT professional. This is the exact opposite of Custom Wellness. The sheets felt sooo soft, Shiloh is an amazing professional! Dash, was so calm and quiet in the massage room during the hour. (Not that I would have minded). I was surprised how well she did! Previous massages have left me with bruised muscles for up to a week becuase the therapist overworks the area. Shiloh used different techniques than what I am used to but they are wonderful. My neck feels amazing. I was really struggling to fully turn either direction. Now I can with NO pain! I felt such relief after just 10 minutes in to our session the rest was just cherry on top! I have no complaints! I REALLY recommend a session with Shiloh!! read more

A hidden gem. I found this hidden treasure online and decided to give it a try using a promotional deal they were offering. Shiloh is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had. I was hesitant at first due to the fact that some Massage therapists do not really "listen" to the body as they are working on it nor really care about the person they are treating. Shiloh is none of those things. Not only is she sweet and friendly she truly cares about each client she sees. She takes the time to ask questions and then listens to your concerns. Ahhhmazing!! I just had a wonderful 90 minute massage from Shiloh. I myself am a seasoned massage therapist. Last night I slept funny on my arms and shoulder and had residual tingling in my forearms and hands. I had some shoulder pain also, most likely from a heavy schedule during the week. So I decided to try someone locally near my home. I am so glad I did. Upon arriving I was met at the door enthusiastically by their very well behaved pup named Dash. I met Shiloh and her husband Anthony, who is the Personal Trainer there at Custom Wellness. Shiloh's bodywork was a breath of fresh air. She has wonderful technique. I asked for medium to firm massage which was consistent through the entire massage. She asked what I needed so I explained my plight of that nights sleep and she got started. I could tell from the moment she began with full body compressions on all my limbs that I was in for a special treat, not just a routine rubdown. She settled in at my head and neck and proceeded to knead and melt away my stress with a touch that was rhythmic and kind, yet powerful enough to take my tension away. I could feel her passion and competency for great bodywork. Such was the case for the duration until she finished with a lovely hot towel to wipe the oil from my back.
