However, my experience at checkout was extremely disappointing. As I was leaving, I handed Ana a $13 tip. Her response was, "How much is this?" When I told her, she replied, "Oh no, you need to give me at least $20!" How unprofessional and rude! I was caught off guard and didn't want to argue, so I ended up giving her $20. But being pressured into increasing a tip is completely unacceptable. A tip should be appreciated, not demanded!! In the end, I paid a 33% tip on a $60 massage that was only average at best. This experience ensured that I will not be returning here, and I cannot recommend a business that treats customers this way! Shame on you.
