Outstanding service from this shop. Have a truck that was shaking at certain speeds. I've taken it a few places trying to diagnose it and never got results until I came here! They figured out what it was and gave me a quote. When I showed up to get the work done, they let me know that the part needed was a bit less than what they quoted and adjusted the price down. I will never recommend any one to this place because of their poor warranty service. In another word, they are all nice to get your money until you return with an issue. They are done with you, especially from the owner Andy. When I first reported the problem with a blown tire he got defensive and tried to blame me by stating "I must have run over an object". Fortunately for me I took photos of the blown tire showing belt wires protruding from both the exterior blown side and none blown interior side. Now, we are past 4 month if not more and I still haven't heard from Andy. By the way, when I do call for a status check "I get let me check and I'll get back to you" which never happened. Now I'm force to replace the entire set because I can't take my vintage to classic cars show with mismatch wheels. read more

Staff was overly helpful and friendly with what my vision was. Overly happy I visited them and had them do rims for my car.

Don't use these guys!!! I brought my lifted Jeep in for an alignment, while talking to the the guy he stated that I may need a new track bar and ball joints to complete the alignment. I let him know that if that was the case to give me a price once it was determined. I got a call an hour later stating in fact I would need new track bars in the front and back as well as ball joints, and that it would be around $2300 to complete. I declined and said I would do the install myself, as I am handy, and the bring it back for the alignment. I picked up my Jeep and ordered the replacement track-bars online $500. Prior to them coming in I widowed once more he shop to ask some questions and get a tire fixed, they still stated that I needs both the track bars and ball joints. Now come the fun part, the new Teraflex adjustable trackbars were delivered. I removed the front trackbar from the Jeep and thought it looked just like the one I ordered, I compared it to the new one to find out that it was the same thing. My Jeep already had an upgraded adjustable trackbar, and they wanted to replace it again for no reason and charge me an arm and a leg to do it. I had to the reinstall the parts and go through the process of retuning the trackbars I bought for no reason as I already had them on the Jeep. These guys are all about money $$$$ and if you don't know about each piece they want to replace they will rip you off. Don't go here!!! read more

Technically an update but it deserves its own review since it is a different issue. Let's go back 3 months or so, I requested motors for my side lifts because they were old and sluggish. 2.5 to 3 months later they say they have them in after having to constantly call to check status. I called last week and was told that they would contact me last week to schedule an appointment. 5 or so days go by and I call again. I'm upset again because no one called and I have been waiting all this time. I AM TOLD THAT IF I DO NOT REMOVE THE PREVIOUS "SHITTY REVIEW" THAT THEY WOULD NOT INSTALL THE MOTORS. Wow... wow.. ok so I reiterated that at 45 years old I have never had such a bad experience with a company regarding my car/truck or whatever. I then asked so extorting me for a removal of a review will make this better? Smh after a mid to short back and forth I again reiterated that although they may be busy, they have a duty to manage expectations. I was then told that they were refusing to do they work. This is just a validation of the old saying the way it starts is generally how it ends! So after waiting months for the lift motors and then getting blamed for having old wheel caps, 2 of which they broke, they refuse to install the motors because I was truthful about my experience. Before the call was disconnected, I explained that generally in my life the way this works is that they do the work and it goes ok and I go back to the review and upgrade it because that at least did the work... months later but no. So I am again leaving a review that encapsulates my experience. Hopefully those that read it will be better for it. NEVER AGAIN! Ps. The reason they are getting a star (1) is because they replaced the caps that they broke in total and recommended a better tire size to reduce friction while driving. ULTIMATELY NEVER AGAIN! Lastly, I have never written a negative review.. but felt compelled to do so in this case. The ball is in their court to apologize sincerely and rectify this situation. I brought my Ford fusion in to have it lowered and put a new swaybar on. Pat gave me the best price around (literally half of what I was quoted other places) and had the car finished literally in less than five hours flat. It may not be easy to get an appointment at times but for good reason; they do some damn good work add a damn fair price! Where to start... I have contemplated this review for a couple weeks to be fair, first I brought my modified loaded Audi A8 in for wheel spacers to solve a vibration issue. I was told the car needed tires, gave them the go ahead as the tires were a very fair price; so that's the good. The bad, I specifically said I DID NOT want my car driven, Andy argued the point but I stated due to the type of car and having a bad experience in the past I did not want the car driven. Upon arriving to pick up the car and leave my truck for wheels and tires Andy said he drove the car after I specifically said I didn't want it driven. His response was that he needed to make sure the vibration was corrected. I went out of my way to come drive the car after the spacers because I didn't want anyone driving it. So the really bad... everything in my car was tampered with, radio placed on a hip hop station, a/c settings changed, media in the mmi tampered with, somebody toyed with the motorized tweeters that come out of the dash when the car is turned on, I know this because there was grease all over the pillar and the windshield (see pics below). The a/c settings were changed, also the settings for the driver and passenger were different and I always keep them synced. The ac knob for the driver side was broken upon picking up the car, I contacted Andy and he became very hostile and confrontational essentially calling me a liar until I sent the pictures. I am extremely meticulous with my car and without a doubt the staff there had fun playing with it. They offered to have the car cleaned I declined as I did not want anyone there touching it again. So after the Audi I left my Sierra Duramax for wheels and tires, upon picking up the truck I was told the tires rubbed so they trimmed my bumpers which I NEVER AUTHORIZED, oh but they did it at no charge, they basically hacked the edges of my metal bumpers leaving sharp protruding pieces and rough edges (hacked my bumper), on top of that the tires still rub the bumpers terribly. This set was put on at Andy's recommendation and never was there any mention of rubbing. I put the same size on as the last 2 sets, I took it somewhere else and they blame the offset. I was also told that my tire sensors that worked perfectly were no good and they replaced them at no charge due to my experience with the Audi. Well 5 miles away I got a light and have had to have 2 tire sensors replaced at almost $200 which I paid because I do not want these people touching one of my vehicles again. On top of that, they didn't remove any of the stickers from the tires so when I got home the stickers came off in a hundred pieces from being driven on, also the front tires had 50 psi the tears had 76 and 79. Max pressure is 65. This was a terrible experience of which I spent a lot of money purchasing a set of rims, spacers, 2 sets of tires and alignments. I also asked several times for a print out of the alignment which I never received. I believe this store is priced fair and sells a good product but there is zero quality control or management structure whatsoever. read more

I took my jeep wrangler in for new tires and an alignment. During my alignment they found I needed ball joints, so I proceeded. The job was done on time and on quote. About a week later I noticed a small oil drip at the axle/ball joint area. I sent Andy pictures and he was very accommodating with getting me back in to look at it. When I arrived I was expecting a ton of excuses why it wasn't caused by them, but nothing.. he said immediately he would take care of it and there would be no charge. Worst experience ever! I took my BMW 335is for some rims and tires. The owner Andy was rude from the start. They installed the wheels and the car shook very bad. I had to go back 10 times! They tried to blame it on my brakes. I took my car to get the brakes checked and they were perfectly fine being a new car. They broke 2 of my tire pressure sensors also. They would not fix the problem so I had to put my old m wheels back on and pay out of my pocket. I placed a dispute with my credit card as well for $2700. An employee Pat came back and I decided to cancel my despite so he could fix the problem. He was nice. Anyhow we ordered new rims and the car still shook. They told me to kick rocks. I did everything they told me to. I even tipped Pat and another worker! Long story short my tire kept getting low on air then wouldn't fill up at all. I took my car to tire kingdom and had to replace a the tire out of my own pocket! The nitto invo tire cost $400. Custom wheel connection sold me a tire that they tore up on the inside. I had a vibrating tire, due to balancing weights that fell off my wheel. When they went to rebalance the wheel, they found a lot of issues with loose bolts on my suspension. Went to exchange my tire that had warranty spoke to "Andy" after tire was ordered and mounted on my wheel he told me he didn't want to honor warranty because he would not be reimbursed for three weeks so I told him forget it I'm under warranty he tried to tell me the tire would be 225 so I definitely wasn't going to pay it since a new tire under warranty was free. Then when putting my old tire back on they decided to break off my ford emblem on my rim which doesn't even need to come off when mounting or changing a tire. I think it's disgusting to treat anyone like that especially knowing how warranted products work. read more

Pat and the owner told me there was something wrong with my truck, I took it else where and there was NOTHING wrong with my truck. I went back, because they not only took my tires and rims that I had on my truck original, they also TOOK MY SPARE tire and rim!! When I was driving home I felt like I was driving on gravel come to find out the air pressure was maxed out on the air tire gauge stop at 70 psi for tires they were rated max load 50. Customer service was OK but they need to slow down . Will not recommend them. read more
