I haven't had a flat tire in ages and found I was missing this lug nut key and couldn't change the tire to the spare on my own. Luckily, Brandon from OBD Mobile Diagnostics was able to squeeze me in. He checked out the tire and it turned out it only needed a screw removed and plugged. The tire is ok. Now I can relax and get a new lug nut set and key without being under pressure. I'm up and going again! As an afterthought, I took a chance and asked about the low beams on my headlights. They stopped working right away when I had led bulbs installed well over a year ago, and I've been using my highbeams at night. He took them out easily and completely from under the hood...(I had been told the driver's side headlight in the Mazda 3 needed to have the drivers side wheel well liner removed to get to the bulbs to change them...i knew that this wasn't necessary thru Youtube tutorials) NO YOU DON'T!!...but you still need strong hands to attach the bulbs and mine weren't strong enuff. Brandon got them properly attached and placed and they came back to life...all from under the hood without removing any wheel well liner. I'm super happy to not be annoying anyone with my highbeams now. We also identified some maintenance issues i'm going to address...but i was never told "you gotta do this now". Brandon confirmed the appointment and arrived on time. He checked out the vehicle, made repairs, and pointed out a couple of maintenance items that needed to be taken care of. We chatted, he made some parts inquiries, ordered the parts and Made a follow up appointment to install the required parts. Price of repairs was discussed and agreed upon, and a follow up appointment made to complete the repairs. A deposit for the cost of the parts was made and a receipt given. The cost of the parts quoted were very fair, as was the cost of labor. Brandon seems very trustworthy, knowledgeable and basically a very nice professional ASE certified mechanic. I will follow up with a final review as soon as the repairs are completed, but I am convinced that I have chosen the right professional for the job. Just a side note to introduce this guy to you all, Brandon was on his way to me for our appointment, he stopped for gas, and a random family was having car trouble at the gas station. Not only did he call me to tell me that he was going to be running a few minutes late, but he helped the family get their car started, and arranged to do the repairs for them the next day.
