I was on a budget and he found the best parts in the right price range for me. I didn't have all of the money upfront and it took from October to February for me to be able to give him all of the money for parts and labor but he was very understanding and generous with his time. When the prices on parts went up significantly due to market changes, he let me know so that I could quickly get him the money so that I didn't have to pay so much. He consistently went out of his way to make sure I didn't pay more than what was needed, even though it made no difference to him on that front. In the end, the old gaming computer I had wasn't compatible with what parts I needed, but he improvised and made me a new rig with the same parts at no extra cost to me. I just recently got to take it home and it works great! He was available anytime and was very helpful in explaining the details to me when I didn't understand the technical terms. I couldn't recommend him more and I will be going back in the future for any more work I need done. He run his business from his home and occasionally, he had a friend or 2 over and they were all very nice/welcoming and everyone made conversation with me. It was always a comfortable, laid-back environment.

However, the service to the tile floors and carpets were not what I expected. The tile floors were left very wet. The technician only sprayed liquid cleaner on the tile and then sucked it up. Tiles were left very wet. The service to the shower are did not get everything clean. After it dried, there was a film left on the surface. I will now have to go back and clean that up. The carpet cleaning was done to your standards but not to mine. It was sprayed then quickly vacuumed up. Not a thorough job. The last cleaning we had was with Zerorez. It was a lot better and I will go back to them in the future. The technician tried to keep selling me additional services which I didn't appreciate. I paid $380 for the service that was to be $215. I cannot recommend your company to anyone and will point them to Zerorez.
