We cancelled our house insurance with them for better rates with another company. They didn't even ask why we were dropping them. We are supposed to be getting a refund check from them for the remainder of the month that was canceled and still haven't gotten it. They said the check was processed December 9th and it's been almost two business weeks and still no check. The check comes from within the state. The lady I spoke with said, "The mail around here is crazy"! She didn't even bother to check on it. Don't use them! They could care less about customer service.
