I needed to find a computer repair shop with Linux knowledge to work on the Ubuntu system I built for him almost 10 years ago. More important, I needed to be sure they would exercise EXTREME patience with my dad and his bad hearing. Luckily, I found Cyber Tech Cafe in my search and noticed the CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) logo on their main page. Immediately, I knew they had to know Linux and could help. After submitting a request on their contact page, Nathan replied and I explained the need for their help and their patience with my dad. He followed-up with my questions and I sent my dad, computer in hand, over to the shop. Nathan updated me later with the current status and prognosis for the computer. Super nice. My dad told me they were friendly, patient, and were able to get him "back on the internet". Thanks Nathan!
