Super disappointed. I don't know if I got bad luck that 4 out of 11 shirts printed horribly but that's a pretty big number. The other ones were decent (not the quality I am used to but decent) but 4 where complete garbage. PROS: Loved their quick response when I messaged them. FAST turnaround, next day. CONS: Elosh is pretty pricey, I usually pay A LOT less for direct print (heat transfer) and the quality is phenomenal compared to this. The ONLY reason I didn't go to my guy was because my client wanted white and he doesn't do it, so I tried Zack. I spoke to someone else when I came in because Zack was in a meeting. I provided perfect vector files that could be sized up to the size of a billboard, we talked about whether I should do direct print or screen printing, he said direct is best. Today, when I picked up my shirts and saw how many were bad and brought up that I would have done screen if he would have told me it would look like this, he said we don't do screen printing. So now I am super confused because, 1. we talked about it and he told me I should go with direct printing and 2. Right here in yelp it says they do screen printing. I asked Zack to call me, he basically said we can reprint, but unfortunately, I bought high quality expensive shirts for my client and don't have 4 extra. Not to mention my husband was flying to give these to our client later that day. His response was, well "What do you want me to do?" I don't know Zack, your the owner of the business, what should you do? I used this company to print some shirts for our business. First of all the phone number listed online is not active. No one ever picks up or responds to the voicemails. You email them, and yes the owner responds fast but responses are short and there is no opportunity to talk to someone about what you want in detail. I had provided some images that didn't look good when printed ( too pixelated). Shirts came out bad on the back side. No one reached out to me to tell me that which I think is bad customer service in the first place. These guys can print stuff fine, but they don't seem to know much about the images (vector/jpeg) and the quality u get from either. I ended up paying for the bad prints. Zack offered to reprint but only if I bought my own shirts and paid for the Ink. So basically more money out of my pocket. I used United custom prints instead and got a perfect job for the same amount of money with people that actually communicated with me the entire time. read more

Zack responded like literally within 5 minutes, we were looking for full size 16 by 20 with 8 colors Screen Print Shirts. Zack suggested his Direct to Garment option, oh Lord, the feeling of the shirts were so great, you did not feel the plastic ink on your shirt, the ink goes inside the shirt and you do not feel anything at all. My experience here was awesome! I needed a simple heat transfer (alternative to screen print) onto a jersey for a quick turnaround. Working with Elosh was relatively easy and quick. Unfortunately 3 of our shirts had spattered stains on them and leftover residue from the DTG printing when I got a closer look at them at home. We put spot remover on them and washed them and the stains came out... but if we were selling these tees we wouldn't be in a place to wash them.
