She quoted me nearly double than what booking online and the front desk confirmed for a partial highlight with toner. The stylist mentioned a third component she might have to charge me for but only 8/10 times she has to do this component. I left paying a fourth quote. After she blew me out I mentioned that my hair was darker than I thought it would be and she said after a few washes it would fade. I didn't complain further and left. When I got home I was really upset and unhappy. I called the salon to see if maybe she could just fix the toner because I didn't want to have to re do the highlights. She gave me a run around but then agreed. She put me back on with the receptionist who said I would have to pay for a blow out. That's when I said forget it! Absolutely disgusting. The stylist said she could lighten it or have an all over color done. I chose to have the all over color as I did not want to damage my hair again. The all over color was free of charge. I called the manager and asked if I could get refunded, even just the difference between the balayage and the single color. I paid $130 to have my hair look the same as it did before BUT now DAMAGED and PATCHY because of the areas that were lightened. I will now have to continue coloring my hair when it fades.
