One woman gave me some tips of how to put my hair up in some cute different styles so I don't have to pony-tail it every day. It is about $35-$40 for trim and blow-dry so I don't go there for myself because my hair needs are minimal and I am lower middle class trying to save $$. But if I had a special occasion or wanted to dye my hair, I probably would go there because I know for a fact they do a good job.

She excused herself right away saying my hair may not look like the picture I showed her because I wasn't doing a full set of highlights. She specializes in blondes and I left the salon with dark hair! Also, she wanted to discuss pricing with me. I've never had a stylist discuss pricing. Not classy. She quoted me nearly double than what booking online and the front desk confirmed for a partial highlight with toner. The stylist mentioned a third component she might have to charge me for but only 8/10 times she has to do this component. I left paying a fourth quote. After she blew me out I mentioned that my hair was darker than I thought it would be and she said after a few washes it would fade. I didn't complain further and left. When I got home I was really upset and unhappy. I called the salon to see if maybe she could just fix the toner because I didn't want to have to re do the highlights. She gave me a run around but then agreed. She put me back on with the receptionist who said I would have to pay for a blow out. That's when I said forget it! Absolutely disgusting. Won't be going here again.

There were strands of hair 10" long that she missed entirely, and in spite of doing base color + balayage, there were spots that were not colored at all. When I left, my hair looked like a drunk person cut my hair and then I slept on it and got bedhead. It was BAD. Even that was not the worst of it. When I posted a bad review on Facebook, she proceeded to harass me. She sent me a message that called me "f****** insane," threatened me with witchcraft helped along by the fact that she had my hair, and ended the message with, "Get Covid and die narcissistic b****." She also posted my name, photo and the town where I live on a FB group for pagans and wiccans and asked them to help her put a hex on me. Another member ratted her out to me, and it is my understanding that they kicked her out of the group. The salon owner did nothing but defend her. I was going to let it go because there's no good outcome for me. Getting my money back wouldn't fix my ruined hair. If she lost her job, it would just make her even crazier and hellbent on revenge. But today I checked on my Google business page, and I believe she went on to libel me in a review. So I checked , and they also managed to get the Facebook review deleted somehow. There comes a time when enough is enough. People need to be warned about this chick.

They were both photos of bobs/lobs. She starting misting my hair to begin the cut and I was little surprised she wasn't going to wash it but whatever, some stylists dry cut. When she finished cutting and removed my cape, I was super surprised and confused. She hadn't done the bangs, and she hadn't dried or styled my hair. She said "oh no, I close at 8. If you want the $45 deal, you don't get style or anything. You have to come earlier." I booked my appointment online and none of this was noted. Also, I booked a regular $60 appointment so I don't know why she started saying I was after some deal that I knew nothing about. She said this more than once. I was definitely annoyed she didn't dry my hair, especially since I waited an extra 15 minutes past my start time without a problem. If you need to leave at 8 sharp, maybe don't have a 7:15 available to book online? She did put my back in the chair and cut the bangs but the whole time she was babbling about my hair not being the right texture as the photo and it would be basically "impossible" to have my bangs look like that. Yeah no, I've had bangs before and no stylist had a problem. If I can style them at home (granted with more effort than a stylist), it shouldn't be a problem for a professional. All in all, it was a terribly disappointing and frustrating experience. In honesty, I like the cut so I gave her two stars. However, I have no desire to return after her ignoring what I wanted and her odd behavior.
