I decided to contact them to ask if they used Prevana- which to my delight, they did! I had emailed other salons near me and this salon was the only one who really was interested in my questions and answering them accordingly- thanks Eren! After explaining that I just moved here and what I was wanting, Eren recommended Monica for me. When I arrived for my appointment, I did not have to wait, I was seen right away by Monica. Monica was very friendly and approachable and was very excited to work with the colors I had chose. I was very pleased with my overall cut and color. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because when I spoke to Rachel (receptionist) about confirming my appointment, I wanted to verify the colors they had in stock- so that it was readily available for my appointment. She told me not to worry, that Monica would have the color and if not- another stylist would have it. Well, as it turns out, they did not have1 out of the 3 colors I use- so I was a little disappointed with that- especially since I had asked about it prior to my appointment. Not for sure but I think I was the only guy in there which was fine with me. This is a very large salon with all types of stations for color, cut, style and I am going to assume nails as well. I had to wait a few minutes as I was early but found a nice seat and just listened to the music. Quality of my cut was awesome, but it always is with Donna. Check this place out. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and they even offered a glass of wine! I think my favorite thing about this new space is that their hair washing bowls are actually comfortable. You don't feel like your neck is being strained at all. You can just sit back and relax into the hair wash. Also, the products they use smell absolutely divine. Services are paid directly to the stylist, and to my knowledge, all accept credit cards. 3. Closed on Mondays. (I know this is a regional thing, but it is irritating coming from other markets where this is not an issue.)

A lot is at the back where you can't see it unless you had help!! No treatment could have saved this then and they knew it, but failed to tell me this, rather, just get a color slapped on the best they could to suffice and scoot me out the door because they knew they weren't seeing me again! As soon as they were done, I was a lost cause. They make it sound like they care while you're there but it's all a facade. They haven't even contacted me since I left to see how my hair was holding up, IF it was!?! I'm so heartbroken! 15+ years of growth breaking off, just gone. I was looking for someone long term to care for me, my family, and extended family - friends hairs and this is how I get treated. I'll probably be bald by summer and have to buy a wig another extremely expensive lesson I'm going to have to learn from this mistake. If you choose to take the leap make sure you absolutely know the background of who you're seeing and that person at least has no less than 10+ years of experience. Good Luck!
