We weren't told that. Mostly I'm writing this to save someone else from our situation. Our project turned out fine in terms of craftsmanship, but we ended with tile we hadn't picked out. We worked with a salesman and picked out 3 sets of tile...the backsplash was specifically chosen bcs it had subtle yellow tones. When the tile installer came out with the tile, it didn't look like the tile we had ordered. It was gray tone and not yellowed. I double checked all the paper work, and called the store and everything matched. I thought I must have remembered wrong. So, I visited the Tile Shop to see the tile first hand, and that's where the events happened that makes me give them a big BUYER BEWARE. The first salesman who approached me was downright nasty when I explained the situation to me. He told me they don't make mistakes, and that's why I should order the amount of tile they recommend. (Makes no sense about color.) He was so rude I didn't want to talk to him and I found the original salesman. He agreed the tile shade was different and shrugged his shoulders. He told me basically that it had been my responsibility to come in and check the tile they ordered for me before it left the store. No one had ever told us that. So the only option is to tear it out and buy new. Can't attach pics thru Yelp, I was able to on google reviews.

The staff were really friendly and playful with my toddler. We didn't feel like we were a bother at all and we were mainly left alone to our own devices. However, there was a good amount of staff available to answer any questions. Loved the selection that was in the store. I can't speak to the value because it's my first time looking at fixtures as an adult, so I can't speak to the price -quality ratio. We worked with Cristine to get our quotes and installation scheduled and she was very helpful. She was very patient while we were selecting the stone and the options. They give you calls as the process makes progress. The first appointment is where they come in and measure your kitchen Countertops using laser to get the accurate measurements. The technician came on time and was very professional. The next appointment is the actual installation. They gave me a call and gave a heads up that the since the stone was too large and if it didn't go in, they might have to take it back to their site, cut it and bring it back. I liked the fact that they gave me this heads up. We had 4 technicians come over to bring the stone inside and they were very thorough in their job. The final installation looks great! I strongly recommend them.

Showed them a sample of a countertop we liked (we brought it with us) and the guy - who never did even stand up from his desk - said "nope - don't have one like that" (it was white stone with a bit of gold veining - he didn't even suggest an alternative). Finally when we told him it was for a powder room project he told us that the minimum order was $800. At that point it was crystal clear that he wasn't interested in helping us - HUGE mistake walking in. Anyone with a smaller job should steer clear! It's really easy to see why more and more people go to the "Big Boxes" for things like this. Thankfully American Granite is 100 yard's away!

I was a little skeptical because I thought they had discontinued their fabric line a few years earlier. I was pleasantly surprised that the fabric selection is officially back! The only thing is that you no longer need to cut your own from a bolt; instead, they sell it in precut 3 meter length. The patterns and quality are just as awesome as they used to be, and it is really convenient if you're working on home textiles or quick craft projects. The only drawback to our visit was the timing. My only piece of advice is to ensure you do not arrive 30 minutes before the store closes. IKEA is simply too massive to navigate efficiently under a time crunch, and you will not have enough time to browse properly. Give yourself a solid window to shop!

We've had to make modifications to make them more stable. Also, one of my bathroom countertops was not measured correctly so it doesn't reach all the way to the wall. There is at least a 1/2" gap that they filled with caulk along the front edge. It looks hideous. Plus they installed a damaged refrigerator panel, measured my crown molding incorrectly and now it juts out past the wall edge even though I spent so much time on the phone picking out a crown that WOULDN'T do that. They offered to take off $400 for the crown molding screw up but never fixed any of the other issues mentioned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Since ProSource subcontracts with APL, we expected ProSource to advocate on our behalf. Quite the opposite. In fact, we were told to work with APL directly. When APL basically ignored us, we pressured ProSource to intervene. They treated us like WE were the problem, even though APL admitted they made mistakes with our countertops. After six weeks this issue is finally resolved-but we have not had a follow up call from ProSource to see if we are satisfied with the installation -and no apology. Buyers beware!

Service, Service, Service, and a young man named Ricardo. Ricardo took care of me, told me he would try to get me the best price (which he did). But that was just the tip, he also assured me they would store my appliances until I was ready for install, he would have them delivered to my new home and installed, and he said he would arrange all of this with my contractor for me!! Basically, I showed up, Ricardo educated me on my options, and then took everything else off my hands. I will be coming back to see Ricardo when it's time for a washer and dryer. Could other companies do these same things? Perhaps, but none of them told me they could. Ricardo did, and he won my business.

The same costume I got from SH last year is $10 more this year. $60ish for a costume I guess isn't horrible especially if it comes with most of the accessories but also still eh. Some of the costumes are good quality but some of them (especially for women) are thin, poly-latex mix see through material. They also sell some cool novelty items as well, like cups, magnets, graphic tees, funkos and such. This SH took over the former Party City Space at Southtown.
