I had a very disappointing experience at Cute Cuts. The haircut was performed before the highlights, which has left my ends extremely dry and brittle. The layers are uneven and poorly blended, and on top of that, she cut extremely short "curtain bangs" without my permission. It was hard to fully see how bad the cut was in the salon due to heavy styling and product, but once I washed and styled my hair at home, the flaws were very obvious. The highlights were just as bad -- inconsistent, patchy, and very unnatural looking. What made the experience even more concerning is that during my appointment, another customer came in to show that the hair extensions done the day before had already needed to be removed because they were installed incorrectly and were ripping her hair out. For what I was charged, I expected professional-quality work -- not something that now requires corrective services elsewhere. I contacted the owner several times respectfully requesting a refund. She initially offered to fix it herself, but when I explained I wanted a refund so I could go to a stylist I trust, she stopped responding entirely and has since ignored my messages. I would not recommend Cute Cuts to anyone. read more

$35 FOR A HACK JOB aka kids cut. Let me preface by saying this was his second hair cut. He had his bangs cut at a different salon 3 months ago and he sat still for the haircut but she cut his bangs without twisting them. We took my son to get his bangs cut and requested a half inch taken off. The bangs are shorter than requested and not even. She sprayed his bangs with water then twisted them and pulled them while aggressively cutting up and down the length of the twisted hair with thinning shears. Meanwhile the loose hair clippings were falling in his face (I had to wipe them off when we got to the car). He had 2 or 3 red marks on his forehead before he got out of the chair. And she was frustrated because he wouldn't sit still. She kept pressuring us to cut the back and I'm so glad we were persistent and kept saying no. We will not return. And I am leaving this yelp review after being blocked on her Facebook page after leaving my review on there. read more

This was our first visit to Cute Cuts for my daughter's second hair cut. Amira was very nice! I made the appointment through Facebook, and it was easy to do. When we got there no one else was there, Amira greeted us immediately and brought us back got my daughter seated in one of their cool kids car seats and turned on Bluey on Netflix. I noticed the counters were pretty cluttered, but I gave the benefit of the doubt of maybe it isn't always like this and it could have been a busy morning. It was mostly toys. Maybe they could find some sort of toy storage to help with the counter clutter She seemed to be the only one there at the time. She was really great with my daughter! She was attentive and we made light friendly conversation. She had to step away for a phone call halfway through the hair cut, which I also can understand, but my daughter does not have a long attention span so she was trying to get up. When Amira returned she quickly gave my daughter a box of toys to sift through which thankfully avoided the meltdown my daughter was on the verge of. I was thankful for that. As we were leaving my daughter needed to use the restroom and she kindly pointed us to the back where the bathroom was located. The only reason for 4 stars is that the price seemed a little steep for a kids hair cut (3 years old). It was $35 and I always tip 20% so it came out to $42 overall.. I don't even pay that much to get my hair cut. I understand it can be more challenging with other kids but I couldn't really justify it. I didn't look into prices before arriving but maybe I should have. We were there maybe 15-20 minutes for a quick hair cut. Other than that I'm happy with the service! read more

Good Cut...but when it was time to pay, I was a bit taken back. The adult cut/no shampoo was $35.00!! Cute cuts was recommended and I didnt ask the price before the cut. I've never paid more then $20 for just a cut!! I think this is too steep and I wont go back. So for me overall service is a 4 star. I would have given 5 except for the price. read more

I made an appointment to go get threading done and I was charged $40 for female full face and I barely had anything on my face. I was so disappointed in the job because it was not completely cleaned when I left and went home and looked at my eyebrows. Also no one was wearing a mask or gloves only myself. Also no temperature check which I found weird due to this pandemic. Other places charge $20-25 for full face by the way. read more

I had an appointment for 10. Nobody showed up til 1015. When I got inside the stylist said she would start with someone else. He was kind enough to point out that I had been here first. I had scheduled a shampoo and a cut. There was NO shampoo, she didn't even wet my hair til we were 2/3 of the way done. She did NOT cut my hair like the picture I showed her and she just kept cutting MORE AND MORE hair off til it was way shorter than what I asked for. Then she asked if I wanted bangs. I said no. She asked if I wante more layers in the back. I said no. So what does she do? Starts cutting more layers in the back! Then she starts blowdrying my DRY hair. It was SMOKING. Itold her to stop. She asked why. I said, "BECAUSE MY HAIR IS SMOKING." She acted like this was normal and said its just the oil in my hair. I told her to stop. She did...for about 2 minutes. Then she started soaking my hair with the squirt bottle and attempted to blow dry it AGAIN! I finally had enough and told her I was done. I will not be coming back. The stylist seemed like she was in a rush, she clearly doesn't listen and honor peoples wishes or appointments. Horrible. Now I will have to grow this "haircut" out and go somewhere else to get it fixed. read more

I've been going here for about couple of years now. Amira is a really nice lady with a real knack for knowing the style of haircut that will look great with female face shapes. She also does eye brow waxing and/ or threading. she's really good at that as well. For women's haircut, I think her pricing is just right. Oh, I also brought my tween age son for haircut here several times. No complains from him. Make sure you tell her the style you want for boys haircut (better if you have picture). read more

I found this salon when looking for a place to have my 3 year old daughter's very long hair cut for only the second time ever. I chose this place because of all the great reviews...and after learning the previous salons I had taken her to were closed down. Her hair was halfway down her back and was becoming difficult to manage and easily knotted. I went in and specifically asked for a cut that would be easy to maintain and keep her hair out of her face...wash and go was my goal. I pointed to a picture of a woman with bangs and asked her (Amira was the stylist) to cut straight bangs for my daughter (she had no defined bang before this cut), and cut it to shoulder length. She said no, no that's too short for her (about bangs). I conceded to a long bang...not realizing what that would mean for my child. By the time she was done my daughter came out with a shoulder length super layered shag looking hairstyle. Her "long bangs" are too short to go behind her ears... So she is constantly pushing her hair out of her face...which is the exact problem I wanted remedied in the first place. Not only is the cut not what I specifically asked for but when we were done Amira all but forced my child to let her take a picture of her hair...even after I asked my daughter if she wanted a picture and my daughter said no. Amira bribed her with a sucker and she allowed the photos (at least 4 in all). But then Amira was about to take one of my daughter's face...I stopped her and asked what she was going to do with the photos. She said put on facebook/google...etc. I said ok let me see what you took...I don't want her face. I approved the few she had with no face. Then the kicker was I go to pay and she says $14. I say but you quoted me $12 on the phone...I look for a posted price list and find none. She says oh all the layers cost extra. I was like I didn't ask for all the layers. She conceded and said she'd give me 2 dollars back, bc she had already put it in the system. I told her keep her 2 dollars and quickly left with my daughter. I am still upset by the whole experience and now I am going to have to go somewhere else and get my daughter's fixed. Never again will I go here. Don't believe all the glowing reviews...Amira was nice enough but she didn't listen to what I wanted and she tried to make me pay extra for services I didn't ask for.
