Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully laid out, which makes it an easy and comfortable place to visit. That said, there are a few opportunities for improvement in the massage rooms. Adding mirrors and hooks for clothing would be a big help. Compared to the Brentwood location, the massage beds don't feel quite as luxurious--the neck rest tends to move around, and the beds feel a bit narrower overall. I also didn't find the aromatherapy upgrade to be worth the additional cost. Overall, I'd give the facility 4 out of 5 stars. Now... on to the real star of the experience Isaac is an absolute miracle worker. I've been getting massages once a month for the past 15-20 years, and Isaac is hands-down one of the best massage therapists I've ever had. His technique is exceptional. He incorporates incredible stretches that loosen muscles I didn't even know existed--and somehow manages to massage at the same time while stretching, which is truly impressive. What really sets Isaac apart is that he delivers firm, effective deep-tissue work without leaving you sore afterward. That has never happened to me before. Normally, deep tissue means days of soreness--but after my sessions with Isaac, I feel loose, aligned, and genuinely better. I couldn't tell you because I was so chilled out I fell asleep halfway through. All I know is, when I woke up, my skin was gorgeous.
