Poor experience gel polish chipped the next day. They do not seem to care if you are unhappy

Lauren does an AMAZING job every single time. This salon is very clean and everyone is always very friendly. I drive from Evansville to get my acrylics done by Lauren. this place is a joke. They have fucked up my nails both times I have been there. I am missing 3 fingers on my left hand and every time I show them my hands I get laughed at by my tech and the techs sitting next to him. My nails come out crooked and uneven every time I tried to give them a second chance but yet again they have failed. My friends nails look amazing on the other hand. I guess it's because she has all of her fingers so they didn't treat her like dog shit. The management needs to teach their techs not to be ignorant asshole who laugh at peoples disabilities. I didn't even want to give 1 star, but had to in order to leave a review. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. The lady who done my nails was very rude. The gel polish was lumpy & left bumps all over my nails. Paid $50 for their poor service. Called them to get fixed & wanted to charge me an additional $20. Will never go back! read more

I'd never go to this nail salon again. First salon I've ever been to that charges for length and normal OPI nail polish. The sign says $35 for full set. He asks me how I ant them and I replied almond shape. After he has them glued on I ask a question about something else. Then just to clarify in case he thought I wanted what I was asking about, I again said, it's $35 (as on the sign) for a full set. That's when he told me no it was $45, including $5 for length and $5 for polish. I told him no I just wanted the $35 full set so he cut one hand so short there wasn't even an 1/8 of an inch left of the fake nails. My fingers were longer than the nails. I said this is absolutely ridiculous! Who would pay for a full set to get such short nails? So then he turned me over to someone else. By now it's no longer about cost, but principal. Why do these places lie in their price then upcharge for every single thing? I told him I wasn't paying $35 to have acrylics that weren't even longer than my finger. He told me I could go and they wouldn't charge me. I'd used them before, but I'll never go back again!!! read more

Love this place! Clean, friendly, and best pedicure in the tristate! I get the gel pedicure and it never chips.

I got a manicure with french tip gel nails for my hands and feet. Some of my gel polish just peeled off in one piece after just two days I don't usually get my nails but I am going on vacation and wanted my nails to look nice. I called and they offered to fix them if it was today but I have to work and leaving on vacation so I won't have time. He would not fix them or offer my money back when I come back from vacation. One other thing that bothered me is that they lady that did my toes used the same pair of gloves that she used on someone else I watched her put her gloves in her pocket and reused them again on other people. I won't be back. I don't like to leave bad reviews because I understand what it is like to own a business but this was just not right. read more

I got a pedicure. The nail tech asked how long I want my toe nails. I told her l like them short (eww who wants long toenails) she said they were short already and didn't cut or file them. I'm glad she asked if she was going to not do what I wanted. She didnt clean, cut, file, or pick them or the skin around the nail to make them more shapely. I went home and filed and cut my toenails after paying $36.00 dollars for someone else to. She massaged my calves but never my feet. It is a pedicure right, why not focus on the feet too?. She didn't scrub the blue gritty paste with a brush like I've had done at every other nail salon I've been to. Just put it on and rinsed it right off. She did not apply lotion to my legs or feet. I left the nail salon with dry feet and legs and feeling like I needed to lather lotion on them. **after paying someone to do just that** I won't be back and won't recommend it. I've been in before and had the same problem but I thought it was just part of them being new. $36 dollars is too much for a pedicure when they don't even file clean or cut the nails. The place was clean and everyone was friendly so I left two stars. read more

I asked for a pedicure, and got a $36 calf massage and some polish. No exfoliation, no callous scrub, not even a good cuticle trim. I can rub lotion on my own legs. Also paid $35 for a gel manicure I could have gotten anywhere else for $25 or less. I'll give it a star for being clean, but I won't be back. read more
