Lona did an AMAZING job on my nails. I got powder and a design for $55. She was very nice and had good small talk.

Swollen fingers and glue to stop the bleeding.

I got a call from my daughter tonight. She called in tears and in pain. She is not new to artificial nails. The man that did her nails acted as if she was a burden from the moment he began. He did not look at her nails to see they were thin from having been a long term extension wearer. He immediately started grinding on her already fragile bed and nearly ground them to the skin below. As he was carelessly filling he cut her fingers causing them to bleed. He appeared angry, gave no apology and just put nail glue to stop the bleeding. Scared and young, she let him proceed to do her nails where he stuck his own finger to hers! He jerked back and broke the skin on her finger again causing it to bleed. A woman that worked in the salon walker behind saw what what going on and did not say a word. To make matters worse. They were not done well and not even in the shape she requested. She will be soaking these off off tonight and applying peroxide and antibiotic cream to try and prevent any infection this could have caused. This experience was appalling and I would not let this man work on my pets nails. Do not go to this salon!!! I gave a 1 star but it didn't deserve that. Oh and when he asked her if she liked them, she told him no. He didn't seem to care. He made no attempt to even ask her why. He walked her up front and asked to be paid.

I've been there twice and each time I'm a walk in and there is no wait and if there is one, they get me in quickly. I had both guys that work there and they did a really good job, and kept me engaged in conversation. The guy who did mine this time took a picture for me in front of their background! I really love going there!

These toes are ready for Christmas!!

Great experience!!! I got the deluxe pedicure and a basic mani as a walk-in. They were very nice accommodating. They all had scheduled appointments but as a team they got me together and made everyone happy!! This will definitely be my go to place when in Evansville!! I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful full set! Super quick and very well done!!

Walked in and was seen right away! I got a full set with dip powder and a little design, was the quickest well done full set I've ever had! since I was on a time crunch I did a pedicure after my nails instead of manicure and pedicure! If I would have know it would be so quick I would have gotten a manicure too, Super efficient and professional I know for next time!

Dip powder nails!

The nicest salon I have ever experienced. Donovan did an excellent job with my hair. Thanks again.read more

I had my hair colored here a few weeks ago, and while the salon itself was nice and the appointment…read morewas pleasant, I left extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding pricing. The biggest issue was being charged $120 for toner, three separate toner charges at $40 each. At no point before or during my appointment was I told that three different toners would be used, that toner would be charged separately, or that an additional $120 would be added to my bill. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I didn't learn about the three different toner formulas being used until after the service was finished. When my stylist was discussing retail products and attempting to sell me additional items for home use, I declined. It was during that conversation, while preparing my receipt, that she informed me she had used three different toners to achieve the final result. The decision to use three different toner formulas was never discussed with me beforehand. My stylist may have felt they were necessary to achieve the desired color, but that was a creative choice made during the service. If those choices are going to increase the cost of an appointment by more than $100, clients should be informed before the products are applied--not after the service is complete and payment is due. I have medium-length, very fine hair and have had my hair professionally colored for years. I've never had a stylist add three separate toner charges without discussing them first. Whether one toner or three toners were actually used is less important than the fact that the charges were never disclosed. Based on the salon's advertised pricing, I expected my appointment to be under $200. Instead, my total came to around $300. Learning about an extra $120 charge only after declining additional retail products made the whole situation feel like a cash grab and left me feeling blindsided. Had the costs been explained upfront, I could have made an informed decision about how I wanted to proceed. The service itself was fine, the color for the most part, resembled the inspiration, but transparency matters. I don't mind paying for quality work, but I do expect to be told when a stylist's decisions will add significant charges to my bill. Unfortunately, the lack of communication overshadowed what could have been a pretty pleasant experience.
