First off I want to say that I did extensive research to find a good groomer who do fluffy cuts or dogs and are experienced with puppies. I had such high hopes and was excited to get my puppy trimmed. Then when I went to pick her up I didn't think anything of it she smelled good and was trimmed nicely in the body, but I really didn't like the tie dye bows. So once I got home I decided to change her bow to a cute pink one I had. AND that's when I noticed that she has a Denny devito styled haircut that's they use TWO bows on the side of her head to hide their mistake. Because how was her body fluffy and trimmed beautifully but it looked like they mowed down the front part of her head. She currently changing from her ginger hair color to white in the front part of her face so it may look like balding from lights roots BUT BY NO MEANS WAS SHE BALDING. And the owner of the store told me I brought in my dog balding already. I'm going to insert a picture of her hair this morning from 9am then a picture of her after I got her then the last picture of when I took of their bows and put my own. They had the audacity to say she was balding and when I showed proof of her full and fluffy hair on her face she said "was that a video from when she was a lot younger?". I didn't make this to get a refund I actually denied getting one then when she offered to give me one I accepted because the fact she took no accountability was appalling. The gaslighting was crazy! I will include text message convo as well! Update to owners response: First of all when I received her at pick Up time the bows were on so I just deemed that you grabbed all her hair to the back to tie it into the bow. But personally I don't like tie dye and think it's distasteful since I normally like solid colors and it's MY dog so if I don't like your taste in style for my dog that's fine. And she has her own collar at home with a bell so I can hear when she's running since she has light paws. And secondly yes it is my dog so I know the ins and outs of everything thing when it comes to her. And I purchased her by a groomer who gave me a form which said she was born in April and it was notarized. She had all her vaccines and especially the rabies shot which they can't get unless they are 16-20 weeks of age and she's a toy poodle so she looks miniature. And in regards of her teeth she went to the vet the same day to make sure she's is fine and up to date because I wanted to make sure she was in the capacity to get a cut so I don't put your staff or other dogs at risk since she is a puppy and can be a carrier for many things. Lastly IF YOU DIDNT TOUCH HER TOP why does the first photo showed her top hair CHOPPED OFF when it was full this morning. Disgusting and aggressive gaslighting response from you! Second update: Girl what are you on about. The only time she went to an animal hospital was for hypoglycemia for being a picky eater ONE TIME IN EARLY JUNE. Secondly last time she went to the vet was this morning to make sure she is good and to get her flea prevention medicine. Secondly I mentioned that in the yelp review that she was taken to the vet to make sure she didn't need any other shots and that her rabies shots were the last ones she needed in order to get services at a groomers. Because once again I did say I didn't want to contaminate dogs cause puppies are prone to carry anything since they are building an immune system. Lastly, if you are so experienced 22 years like you say you would now she is growing and her nozzle isn't skin problems like you say in your IG STORIES with a ss of my dog photos. It's her nose expanding therefore the hair has to grow on it. She was never once's shaved And if she had any skin problems or deficiencies I'm pretty sure her vet would have told me. And they have seen her a handful of time past months for wellness checks and not because she is sick but because I'm on top of her well being since she is a growing puppy. You also updated your update a TOTAL OF FOUR TIMES. Seems like you're trying hard to cover up your mistake and you want to accuse me of saying she has this and that and saying I'm lying. I can post time stamps as well if you'd like. I didn't even get a refund or wanted one so why you think I'm saying all this on yelp definitely not for the money but so someone else doesn't get their dogs hair butchered. read more

The best dog groomers, by far! I have been taking my miniature schnauzer there since he was a pup and I have had the best experience. They really take pride in their work and always do a fantastic job! They have the schnauzer cut down-packed and always leave my dog smelling and looking fresh and clean. I am VERY picky when it comes to my mini schnauzers cuts and with Cute Paws, I never have to worry because they always do an amazing job. I also love that they always have cute, new bandanas that they give with every bath/grooming. I moved to Jacksonville and still make it a point to wait until I drive down to Miami to take my pup because I love these groomers THAT much! read more

The girls are so sweet! They do an amazing job with my dog who has sensitive skin and trouble with her anal gland. I've been to some terrible groomers in the past 6 years, but for the last year and 1/2 I've been visiting Cute Paws and am so sad that I can't take them with me when I move out of state. My pup walks into their place off leash and happy. When I pick her up she's calm and joyful... and has even walked back inside to get a hug from the ladies once or twice. Downgraded down a star due to difficulty in scheduling appointments. I called once and left a voicemail with no returned call. My wife called four times and three of four times received a voice mail full message and the fourth successful voice mail resulted in no call back. If on the off chance they didn't want to groom my dog again they should have said so. If they are too busy, sounds like time to support economy and hire more employees. read more

The groomers are all really nice and have been awesome with my dogs...one is young and afraid of everything, the other is an old girl and they've both been treated SO well. When I first moved to homestead I was very hesitant to try a new groomer because I was afraid my Marco ( my lab mixed ) would get abused or that the service would be horrible but when i walked into Cute Paws I had such a good feeling about the place and the way the ladies treated me and Marco was fantastic. I am new to the homestead area so I wasn't sure where to begin to take my dog for grooming services. I haven't had the best experience with groomers and they never tend to listen to my request. Location is extremely close to my house and these girls are legit!
