I want to start by saying I am not the owner's friend or family member in any way shape or form ( since someone wants to point fingers). First and foremost I want to say I am super grateful to have found the Doogi Grooming truck. The owner came to my home about 3 months ago,and when he took my little dog to get groomed he called me inside the truck to tell me his hair was all matted and knotted. He gave me 2 choices; to wait a month or so and take apart the knots, or to shave him. I have a Pomeranian and I was NOT going to shave him. ( But I'm honestly glad he asked because in the past other groomers shave him without my permission) So, he just left that day, no complaints and happy to have helped me. Fast forward to a week ago. I get an appointment for him to come again ( round 2!) This time my doggo is good to go! Fresh bath, fresh cut and fresh bandanna. My little pom looked so cute! Most importantly he looked so happy! I've never seen him look like that after getting groomed. I wish I could explain how excited he looked! He started jumping around, and licking the groomers hand. He even wanted to go home with him!! ( That alone was the big seller for me!) I will always call him back to my home. Such a great experience for me and my pom. I also want to add that he leaves the truck open so you can see your doggy (safe) getting groomed. - A feature that makes me very happy. Great prices for mobile grooming too ! (Pero honestamente me alegro de que lo haya preguntado porque en el pasado otros peluqueros lo afeitaron sin mi permiso) Entonces, se fue ese día, sin quejas y feliz de haberme ayudado. Avance hasta hace una semana. Tengia una cita para que venga nuevamente (¡ronda 2!) ¡Esta vez mi doggo está listo! Baño fresco, corte fresco y pañuelo fresco. ¡Mi pequeño pom se veía tan lindo! ¡Lo más importante es que se veía tan feliz! Nunca lo había visto así después de haber arreglado. ¡Ojalá pudiera explicar lo emocionado que se veía! Él comenzó a saltar y lamer la mano de los peluqueros. ¡Incluso quería irse a casa con él! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. After reading the few positive reviews (which I now realize are probably their friends and family's ), I decided to give Doogi Grooming a try. I contacted them via Facebook messenger and via telephone. They were extremely slow to respond and never returned my call. I received slow responses to my messages on Facebook messenger and then no responses to my text message. Despite this, i decided to book an appointment with them in light of the few positive reviews, making excuses for the poor customer service. This should have been a red flag and warning of the terrible customer service that would follow, but I mistakenly choose to ignore it, and scheduled an appointment for 11:30 am today. Yesterday they confirmed my appointment for 12. Although the time they confirmed was different than the time i scheduled, i decided to ignore it and just confirm the new time. At 11:24 today, i received a message asking whether i have a parking space for them. I was shocked that they were inquiring about parking arrangement approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment and concerned that they had not thought about this before (especially considering they had my address for weeks and knew I was in a condo in Brickell). Nonetheless, I told them i would ask my building if they could accommodate the vehicle. My building told me that they could not accommodate the grooming vehicle but that there was plenty of street parking available for them, including on the street directly in front of the building. I immediately relayed this to Doogi Grooming and was told that they could not park on the street for "security reasons" and that I would need to reschedule. I was shocked to hear their excuse about "security". We have never heard any issues about security relating to the parking of an occupied vehicle in a high end area of Brickell during broad day light. Nevertheless, i told them i would find somewhere they could park on the building premises and directed them to come to the valet approximately 4 minutes after receiving their message about the "security". I did not receive a response or call. I then immediately spoke again with the building management and made arrangements for them to park on the building premises. I immediately notified Doogi Grooming of same via text message but did not receive a response. I then tried calling them but no one answered. I sent another text to inquire of the ETA. Again, no response. I call a second time, but received no response. Having planned our day around this appointment and waited nearly two weeks, we waited and waited but they never showed. Approximately 2 hours after the scheduled time i received a message advising that they could not answer my calls or text messages because they were driving (for apparently two hours). It is apparent to us now that they never had any intention of coming but instead of giving us the courtesy of cancelling they made us jump through ridiculous hoops to accommodate them only not to ultimately show up in the end. Not only were their actions completely unprofessional, but they are unreliable and obviously have no issue with lying. if they are willing to lie about these things, it makes you wonder what else they would lie about. All in all, as frustrating as this experience was, i am glad i did not entrust my dogs with persons of such low moral standards. Before you consider booking with them, I seriously suggest you carefully read the reviews. I went back through the reviews and noticed that SEVERAL people have had this exact same issue. On top of that, there are SEVERAL complaints about their services. I hope this review is helpful and you do not make the same mistake we did in scheduling with this company. read more

Do not request! My dog had a bump in her privates right after this. It's really inflamed, red and infected for sure and I'm guessing because their tools weren't well cleaned from previous use. The van looks really old and not in good state. Even my dogs belly doesn't even look really clean. Not requesting from here ever again. Big disappointment after seeing the good reviews. read more
