Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

Without everything in front of me, I had to make a list on the run, with items that I knew would make a meal. Hard thing is that every time I would remember an item, I would have to run to a different end of the grocery section. I didn't grab much, but I felt like I was overcharged a bit for some of the items. The total of the bill compared to the number of items just wasn't matching. If all I needed were to ask a question I'd just google it, driving here and then leaving empty handed simply because only one person had a set of keys, who was missing, is embarrassing.

Then I learned that she was actually the AT&T rep at the Target AT&T kiosk, going out of her way to help me with a Target issue that wasn't even her area of responsibility!
