But I was thirsty when I happened to be walking past Trinity House this past Friday, and I stopped in. The cafe is large, with lots of comfortable seating. The main room had tons of windows and great light. I had enough time to enjoy a cold drink and read my book at one of their tables next to a window. I think it's a great place for studying, reading, or working - comfortable seating, great light, and a menu of beverages and snacks. They clearly have a mission, which I don't know much about, and the the things they sell weren't for me (crosses and Bibles and other Christian themed items), but the cafe was very comfortable.

I watched as he was stalked around the store and stared down by both employees. My boyfriend and I both look white meanwhile my brother is a traditional looking Hispanic teenage boy. He was the only person of color in that store and he was followed as if he were up to no good. This was our first time in the shop and it will definitely be our last.

It's one of those stores where you walk intending to browse but inevitably find something you love that you just have to take home with you. creme de la creme is a little hard to describe; I guess I'd call it a home goods and decor store. They sell candles, rugs, art, and various items of decor. The merchandise is of really high quality. On this past visit (I'd been in one before, too), I found a rug that just called to me. basically heaven for antique lovers like me! i spent a couple hours sorting through everything…read moreinside and outside the building the first time i was there - bought so many cute things. though, i would space out visits to ensure a variation of goods. prepare to spend lots of money! many items were on the pricier side for antiques from what i have seen. also note that there is an equal balance from mass-produced goods to actual antiques. i enjoyed it, but just keep that in mind if you're going to look for something specific.
