I guess the lady who did my nails was being nice about it so I didn't wanna be a "Karen", but the guy that works there who's always grumpy and always on his phone did not care about what I had to say, if you're gonna be miserable looking at your job you should quit... it's not a good excuse explaining to me they don't speak English very well which hinders their customer service, but take the effort to learn because you're in Canada. I am so in love with the job Thom did on my nails. I have only been getting this service for about a month at home and these are my favorite dip nails I've ever had. She made them look so natural people couldn't tell it was dipped. If I lived in Canada this would be my regular spot. I'd recommend you call ahead for appointments as they seem to stay busy.
