I recently came here to get a manicure done for a last-minute appointment. I chose to do bio gel, nails with shellac overlay and put the chrome dusting on top which all in all cost me around $75 which I thought was fairly reasonable. The whole appointment took me about an hour and I found the lady who did my nails Filed shaped and cleaned the nails well. I love the final look. I do wish they did a a hand massage and had a few more darker colour options available, I found the selection less than other locations. read more

Overpriced and poor service. On Saturday July 19th 2026 at 11:30 am I went to this place for manicure and pedicure Shellack. I asked for square shape with round corners which are my natural nails shape. Unfortunately the person who doing my manicure was so inexperienced that filled the corner of my nails too much that my nails were pointy with flat and straight head!!! I had to stop her from working on my nails and went to another place on queens quay so they can fix this mess. But because my nails were filed too much in order to fix it they had to make them way shorter! If you want to ruin your nails and waste your money and time go to this place otherwise not recommended. First time going here for a last minute mani pedi. Started off well for both services, but then the disappointments started to set in. The guy doing my pedi spent less than 10 seconds on the bottom of my feet with the pummel stone and then he spent the rest of what seemed like an eternity talking and cutting cuticles. I get my nails done every 3 weeks so it seemed a bit much. After they sat me at the station for my toes to dry, I realized that my shellac nail polish was sticky and had not dried properly. I mentioned this to the girl who decided to fix this she would remove the top coat and then file the top of my nails before reapplying the top coat. Disaster!! The entire process lasted 1.5 hours and I left with nails that were subpar. I won't be going back. There's plenty of other nail salons in the area that I'm sure do better. read more

Came here on a last minute desperation of a mani and pedi. I had a wedding the next day, the took me immediately when I walked in. I loved the pedi and even paid extra for a foot massage. Definitely worth it and needed. The lady who assisted me did a great job with my pedicure. Ended up doing the powder mani with shellac polish. And it was the first time, I truly liked it and would do it again. Price was reasonable, especially coming from the States where it can be a bit pricey for such services. Only downside was that two different people took care of the services I needed. Female for the pedi and male for mani. Would return and definitely recommend. read more

I've been coming here for my manicures since May, bio gel overlay. I always get chrome/holographic powder because I love the shine, it lasts a very long time and I get a lot of compliments! I usually book with Micheal. I have 2 nails that grow crooked which is annoying, but he will make sure to shape all my nails to look their best. Disappointed with mani pedi. They didn't scrub or even remove dead skin around nails properly. Only soaked my hands and feet in water and applied lotion followed by thick, unevenly applied coats of nail paint and applied top coat without waiting for nail polish to dry off. I just got off the phone and was left in absolute tears. If you recall my last post you remember i was eager to give this place another "chance" after my last horrific encounter. As it was, i left work, excited to go to my nail appointment as my engagement party is tommorow. When i phoned to let them know I would be 5 minutes late the lady (i think the only lady who "speaks" english answered) and told me i was not in the book and did not have an appointment. ARE U KIDDING ME!?!? i was upset, extremelly i calmly explained that i had made and CONFIRMED the appointment 3 weeks ago!!! Nope, not in the book. I was devastated, with the stress of wedding planning, the engagement party tommorow, i broke down and cried. She told me that if i showed up at the salon she would cal security on me. Please - please at all costs do not support this business. I absolutely cant believe how many people have had problems with this spa and they need to be shut down entirely. Cashed in my Dealfind Voucher after numerous unanswered calls, then finally a voice, who booked me in over a month later. I realized I wasn't a priority when the interested voice on the phone deflated once she realized I had a voucher. I arrived at 5:30pm and left at 8:25pm and was seen right away. The person working on my pedicure finished 2 hours later; the longest pedicure I've ever experienced. I'd be fine with the extra time if the quality of serviced matched the time used, but it was really less than what I normally receive in shorter time. By the time she got to my manicure, she would accidentally step on my freshly pedicured toes and clipped into my skin a couple of times as she was trying to clip my nails. When I retracted my finger in pain, she looked at me in disbelief, almost implying that I lied. By the second accidental clipping of my finger, she got up and left, asking someone to finish for her. The place was fully staffed when I arrived, and many were not even working. I heard no phones ringing with the occasional drop-in's so I'm not sure why they don't answer their phones, return calls and hold back on the voucher visits. This is the worst nail place I have ever been too! I made an appointment, came 15 minutes early and was told to come back in a few minutes...So I did.. When I arrived the 2nd time they asked me to pick out a color and had me soak my feet. A few minutes later I watched them walk by me and start a client who came AFTER me!! I asked them how much longer and they all looked around confused, and started talking in their own language, completely ignoring me! So I waited, then asked again...One woman said just a few more minutes, but that turned into an hour! Finally I had the pedi and it was sloppy and rushed...I also watched a lady walk to the back room, heard the water turn on and quickly came back to do a pedi with the tools dripping water in her basket! She obviously just rinsed them off instead of sterilizing (that takes at least 20 mins) The place is horrible, lacking in customer service and cleanliness... BEWARE!! read more

I've been to this salon a few times, living nearby, I like to support new and local business's. The staff is friendly (they tell me funny stories of Vietnam where they are from), they finish the job in the same timely fashion that other salons in the area do and I don't have to wait to begin as long as the others. I do agree that they have an appointment scheduling problem. I made an appointment once only to show up and they hadn't opened yet. So I went next door. When I came back, they still weren't open. Later I found out they had a family emergency. In any case, a phone call would have been nice. They were very apologetic. This is a small family run business. WORST SERVICE EVER! I came here a few days before my wedding with my gf's for a relaxing afternoon. I called several times to tell them that I was using Dealfind vouchers. When we arrived they said they couldn't find my voucher number and wanted me to pay full price for all 5 girls. I've purchased several "deals" from Dealfine and never been able to use a single one. Their vendors are mediocre at best with no professionalism. The customer service doesn't have anyone answering calls if you try to get your refund. Save yourself the headache it's not worth it! The worse experience ever. Bad service and bad staff. Rip off company, they advertise at dealfind and don't want to honor their service. I booked the appointment 2 months ahead before the appointment. And they called to cancelled mine 4 days before my appointment. Telling me bs reasons and not willing to give me the closest appointment to compensate. Instead they persuade me to cancel the deal. They keep asking me to cancelled them. Bought a Dealfind voucher 8 months ago and still have not been able to use it. No one picks up the phone when you call to make an appointment and the one time that someone did pick up I was told I could not make an appointment because I had a voucher. WTF?! The lady took down my information and said that the manager would call back to schedule the appointment (its their policy for vouchers). No one has bothered to call me back and when I tried calling back no one answers the phone. I urge everyone who bought a voucher that they cannot use to contact Dealfind to report this business. I'm a regular at Sculpture nails- I go in every two weeks for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. I usually walk-in as I find that booking an appointment doesn't really help you if they have others waiting when you arrive. The shop managers never turn anyone away- they try to accommodate every walk-in, which is why others have mentioned that they often experience some wait time. The nail technicians are quite good, I am always happy with the results I get, especially for such a great price. The only time I've been disappointed is if my nails are done by a technician in training, but I suppose that's the case anywhere. read more

I was there to have my pedicure and manicure done for my wedding. I left a message in the morning to request an appointment and they returned my call in the afternoon and I was able to get an evening appointment a week later. The service is excellent and I don't feel like I am being treated as voucher user. I requested French Shellac manicure and regular pedicure and they are beautifully done. I was able to leave the place in about an hour time. I will definitely go back. It is true that their English is not very good, but as long as they can get the job done beautifully, I have no complaint :) read more

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I went to have my nails done. Like the other negative reviews on here I had a really nasty experience in this place. I made an appointment for 7pm to have my nails done by Amy. I arrived at 6:30 and asked to have a pedi. In the meantime 15 minutes into my Pedi...Amy takes a walk in knowing that I have an appointment at 7PM My Pedi ends at 5 to 7 I wait until 7:30 and then I ask Amy why am I waiting? She says you weren't finished with your Pedi. WRONG finished at 6:55 Amy now says she won't do my nails.(I guess because I dare to ask why am I waiting) I leave. Needlessly to say ..I will never walk into SCULPTURE NAILS again. read more

I went here ironically by mistake - I thought I was booking a salon I visited in the past just around the corner. Once arriving and realizing my error, I figured why not give it a shot (I had not read any of the reviews prior to my visit). The salon was clean, bright, and had a decent selection of nail polish and shellac - also the bottles weren't clearly empty and in spotty quality like I often see at other salons. My appt was at 7pm and I was served right as I came in. My manicurist was quiet, but diligent. She entertained my flip flopping between colours and was a trooper with removing the extremely difficult shellac I came in with. I really appreciated that she patiently buffed and soaked my old shellac off, I can't tell you how many salons choose to drill it off and have completely ruined my nail bed. I went with a translucent white colour that required 4 coats, I would rate the end result a 3.8/5. I should say, I usually go to Polish'd - the technicians there are amazing and produce the best manicures I've ever had, however you pay for what you get there. An average visit to Polish'd including shellac removal, application, tip and tax comes close to $60. Sculptures charged me $25 for the same services - so I really feel I got a value for what I paid for and would certainly go again and try an easier shade. The manicure ended with lotion, hand massage, and a hot towel - loved the towel since it's been eliminated at many other salons. The woman who booked my appointment was also the one who cashed me out; she was very friendly and kind. It turned out the debit machine was down so I had to withdraw cash from the convenience store next door. Although I wish I had been notified of this before, I understand it could've happened at any point between my booking and checking out - considering she was sincerely apologetic, I didn't mind. Over all, I would go here again and recommend to a friend. If I had some big life event I was prepping for (wedding, engagement, etc.) I would say splurge and hit a salon like Polish'd - but for the other days, this place is great and the price is hard to beat. read more

Wow, I have no idea why you guys got such bad service but quite frankly- I have NEVER been there to pay the full price for my mani/pedi. I have been going there since they released the deal the first time, every time with a voucher and yes, I had to wait until a month later for my first appointment so I booked all 5 vouchers(some mine, some as a gift from my bf) in two week incraments right away, it was almost 3 months in advance but I know when Im done work and I just go there regularly now. They just release a shellac deal once again but for nails only which works for me, it's winter after all. The girls are really nice, yes, English is clearly not their first language but they are pleasant. And they do their best. I was there for about 2 hrs once for a mani pedi as well, the girl was clearly in training. What I did i s asked if I can come back for the second half of my service. The has got to learn. Anyways, Ive done vouchers for various services in various businesses, mani pedis, restaurants etc. and the reaction/service ratio towards voucher customers at this place is definitely the same as for other customers.
