I guess the lady who did my nails was being nice about it so I didn't wanna be a "Karen", but the guy that works there who's always grumpy and always on his phone did not care about what I had to say, if you're gonna be miserable looking at your job you should quit... it's not a good excuse explaining to me they don't speak English very well which hinders their customer service, but take the effort to learn because you're in Canada. I've been coming here for years and it's going to be my last, I suggest the same to everyone.

She was very accommodating to my allergies (no almond oil for me), and to what I wanted to have done. The salon is clean; they even line the foot baths with something that looks like a huge shower cap! Being pregnant, I appreciate the extra attention to cleanliness! The prices were reasonable, and Tracy discussed costs with me before proceeding. I went on a Wednesday evening, and it was busy, but walk-in customers didn't have to wait. Tracy also gave me some advice on my pregnancy and birth, which made the 1 1/2 hours go by quickly. I've been to many nail salons, but I definitely will be a returning customer to this salon! Well that recently changed. The in-laws neighbourhood now fits in with the rest of the LOTP and I am super excited! There is now a hair salon (hello threading!) and VIP nails (hello mani/pedis!) and I was able to visit both this morning. VIP nails did a great job on my feet, cleaning them up and making them smooth and sparkly with a shellac pedi for only $40. The salon was very clean as one would expect for a new location, we'll see how they weather after some time. Very good colour selections, reclining massage chairs and friendly staff. They are only getting 4 stars because my massage was pretty short. I am starting to think these short foot massages have more to do with me rather than the salon because I seem to be the only person who continuously gets jipped at each place. My sis in law swears they give the best pedi massage in the business. Are my feet too nasty or are my expectations too high? Hmmmm?

I am so in love with the job Thom did on my nails. I have only been getting this service for about a month at home and these are my favorite dip nails I've ever had. She made them look so natural people couldn't tell it was dipped. If I lived in Canada this would be my regular spot. I'd recommend you call ahead for appointments as they seem to stay busy.
