The lawyer was nice and said we had an easy case and would do it if he could but could not reopen the case. SUPER FRUSTRATING! One person even said they didn't feel our case for ch.13 was really worthwhile for them. Not that it wouldn't work just too much of their time and money in comparison to how fast they want to get things done! This is right before we would have paid them! they did not include all my debts in my bankrupsy back in 2013…read more now in 2025 they one creditor that did not include is after me to pay. constant calls at home and work. now have a so called lawyer calling me asking for $4,000.00 for this walmart bill back from 2013. my anxity is through the roof. macey bankruptcy law is closed now and cunsumer coplaints related to alleged miscondut and fraudulent practices. legal and regulatory actions cusumer finacial protection bureau, law license suspensions, bankruptcy canctions, jacob & meyers bankruptcy, client deception. a disciplinary report noted that many legal helpers clients were not informated that non-attorneys were managing their cases and testified they would not have enrolled had they known.

He is extremely unprofessional and rude. We feel he treated us this way because we are using legal insurance.
