I went there for nothing when I had other things to do. I didn't realize it at first, but then it hit me: this is a tactic businesses use to get you to the door. They tell you a great price over the phone that's too good to be true, and then when you get to the place, it's all a lie. Edit: You're lying, sir, or you were deceived by your employees. I didn't request ceramic; I informed your team about our agreement: carbon for $180. I even inquired twice with your employee Roly if he was installing the carbon to ensure its quality, as the price seemed too good. He confirmed, but after Roly took my car to the back, your employee Samuel emerged and informed me that the $180 option was the performance tint, which is cheaper and inferior to the carbon. I reminded him that we had agreed on the carbon for $180. I never intended to pay $180 for ceramic because that wasn't our agreement. Consequently, I attempted to contact you to rectify the situation, but you remained unresponsive. Furthermore, Roly engaged in an unprofessional argument with your employee Samuel in the back. Even if you were to offer me the ceramic tint for $180, I would not return to that establishment.

They have great customer service and prices were very affordable. Ray followed through and gave me the step-by-step tracking of the item. He pushed hard to get my truck bed cover shipped immediately. Once the equipment was there, he scheduled the work for the next day and let me tell you it came out better than expected. He took his time, but the work was only done in 45 minutes and was very professionally done and he went through each item to explain to me how to use it. They were absolutely phenomenal and took me right in when the climate control blower motor on my father's old Volvo had met its demise. A/C in any part of Florida is a necessity, not a luxury. Especially in Miami during September and October. They kept me up-to-date via text every step of the way, which was so refreshing and completely surprising. Whereas in the past, I have had car repair shops do whatever they pleased and charged whatever they want. Nothing was done until I gave permission, which deserves absolute recognition. When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised given the fact that Volvo, even as old as ours is, still falls under the category of "European luxury" normally with very high repair costs. The actual cost of everything fell below the national average for the job. They made an almost 80 year-old Vietnam veteran very happy and he was very pleased with the work they did on his Volvo XC90. If I end up, settling in the Cutler Bay, Kendall, or even Doral area(s), they most definitely will be my go-to mechanic for my vehicles.

When I got there they asked me what I wanted and instantly got to work. Think the entire process took about a half hour, so I left to eat but they let me know if it was going to take longer or that it was ready! They offered snacks and drinks while waiting. The receptionist was also very sweet and even though there was a little communication trouble we were able to talk. Would definitely come back here again and recommend !!
