This shop is absolutely amazing. Firstly, Ray is a great installer as well as he took his time explaining my options and what would work best. They have great customer service and prices were very affordable. Ray followed through and gave me the step-by-step tracking of the item. He pushed hard to get my truck bed cover shipped immediately. Once the equipment was there, he scheduled the work for the next day and let me tell you it came out better than expected. He took his time, but the work was only done in 45 minutes and was very professionally done and he went through each item to explain to me how to use it. I went to RJ for a bed cover for my new Truck needless to say I met the Owner John, and the rest is history. I left there not just the Truck bed cover at an unbelievable price but also a nice bug guard with led lights, but he also installed factory running bordes on my wife's Mercedes benz SUV at 70% cheaper than anyone. If i could give -0 stars, I would. This was literally the worst experience I've ever had. My fiancé originally came in for some LED's on her Dodge Charger. 1st one they put, had interference with the radio. 2nd time, lights were extremely dim. 3rd time, one led stopped working within 3 months. Inside the box it shows we can get a credit or refund from the place we purchased it from. They ended up telling her they would give her the credit towards a different item or another job, at that point she didn't want anything else done with them, so she gave me that credit to install my subwoofer and amp. With that installation, i purchased a new Pioneer radio. I was told my back up camera would still work & all my steering wheel controls. BS. I paid $1,000 + on extra crap for what? 5 times he couldn't figure out the electrical issue with my back up camera and the radio screen. I had to go back and forth FIVE times for him to not fix it each time. My $800 radio? Turns off every now and then. This was within 1 week. Owner always had some excuse. And since I used their horrible financing program, they supposedly couldn't give me my money back. He only refunded me for a Honda light up emblem that he ordered and all of a sudden was no longer in stock. This man is trying to BS females & take their money. NEVER go here. Do NOT waste your time. Oh and he screwed the amp into my brand new back seats when we discussed screwing it into the sub. He never bothered to get my permission prior to this. read more

I took my car in for a sound system and paid $1,200 for every single thing he worked on to glitch. He refuses to answer my calls or even refund me. Don't go to these people for any type of service. They will screw you over and take your money. Horrible place, they sneed to be shut down asap! Never getting my business again! read more

Had simple headlight change done with this place; had to go back on three separate occasions to try to get them fixed with no avail. Spent almost $200 to have crappy headlights for 6 months before having to go somewhere else. Wouldn't give refund on crappy headlights because "they have no warranty" although the product they installed stated 2 year warranty through location purchased. After a lot of back and forward, the shop owner finally "did me a favor" & gave me store credit. Took store refund to get other work done; horrible mistake! Screwed equipment ON TO my back seats without asking, couldn't get backup camera to work properly, had to go to the shop a bare minimum of 6 times too many, product on order never showed up, doesn't know anything about programs they promote. Had to argue with shop owner in order to receive cash refund for the product I never received and still he wanted to take a "fee" out of the refund and never returned the 9% tax for the merchandise. Out of $1,000 and then some, since now I have to go get everything reworked by someone else. This shop is a joke. Save your time, save your money, save your sanity; go somewhere else. I rather take my car to a flea market newbie before ever stepping foot in this shop again. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. read more

Total waste of money! Got my amp, tints, speakers done. When I picked up my car 2 hrs late than scheduled time everything was done very messy. I myself Have a electronic gap of 3.5 grade average. I spent almost 600 cash. My mom just passed away n money is hard these days especially when I didn't pay for it my friend Sarah did. I want my money back or do it right. I been going to Autotronics 6x and all I get is the run around. When I got my car all the speakers didn't work only 2out of the 4. I will see u in court Johnny! read more

Called to get tint put on vehicle, said to be there at 10 am Sunday morning. We arrived at 10- employees said they had to wait for Manager- not sure why since we had price quoted- Manager arrived at 11 am, called tint man who said not sure when he was coming and would call back. Called back to say not coming in that day. Total waste of time and Bad Customer Service. Won't return again read more
