He has aerated, fertilized, supplied weed and grub control, resurfaced, and soil-graded our hilly front lawn by leveling it and reseeding and adding nutrients to it. He is open to customer concerns and will return to make things right, when necessary. We have used Joe Cutter's Turf and Snow for our snowplowing as well, until recently when I decided to plow my own due to the unusually warm winters occurring caused by climate change. He is thorough and takes pride in his work. He only hires dedicated workers who also take pride in treating every lawn as if it were their own. They go fast on it, and it tears up the lawn where they turn. I called and asked if they could go slower, as it doesn't do that when they take more time. I finally cancelled my service as it was hit or miss if they followed the request. The last time they came, there were at least 20 spots that needed repair. I cancelled my service. They said they would come to repair the damaged spots. I initially agreed but reconsidered since it is July and all the spots would need to be watered frequently to encourage seed growth at this time of year. I told them I was all good and I would repair the grass in the fall. They ignored that request and texted me to tell me they were coming today. I texted them back to say I didn't want them to come because of the watering issue. They came anyway and put down soil and grass seed. The soil had a lot of rocks in it, so now my lawn needs to be watered, AND I had to spend over an hour cleaning up all the rocks in my yard. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company. I hire contractors to make my life easier and save me time. They create more work for me every time they come here.
