My appointment was over 3 hours (balayage, cut, and blowout for thick waist-length hair) and she was attentive and energetic the entire time. During that time I got to see numerous customers come and go and the work these stylists are doing is awesome. From kid's cuts to root touchups to full colors I was impressed by every single one. She took well over 200 pictures and made the reveal process so easy for me with her patience. My session came with hair and makeup however hair wasn't needed as it can only be styled one way and make up I can't stand but gave her make up artist a chance. While I didn't like the make up (which was most likely solely my opinion because I don't ever wear make up) Jennifer made sure to tone down the make up so I was able to enjoy the pictures she took without seeing the make up I disliked. All in all I found Jennifer and her studio experience to be nothing short of amazing and I will absolutely be returning to do another shoot with her soon. 10/10 recommend you do the same!!

Susan @ Raphael is amazing! I walked in, with no appointment and waited less than 10 minutes before she was able to see me. I have thick Italian dark hair and she handled it perfectly. I've been here multiple times and had multiple stylists do my hair at this salon. The reason for my…read morerating is it's literally the same issue across the board with them. The end results of my hair I'm never 100% happy with. Everytime I get a retwist, the hair feels gummy, stiff and a there's a white coating on the hair. They use the same products on everyone's hair. What works for one person, might not work for another. Do they not see the white cast on the hair?! I'm just gonna wash my hair, this is so not natural and my head hurts.
