So she leaves and ask couple other ladies there and then comes back about 10 minutes later. Just to tell me she always wanted to know about my kind of hair. touches my hair and then walks off. Then 10-15 minutes later stands at desk in front of me bout 5 minutes and turns and asks me "Did you bring someone " I'm like no I just asked you bout my hair and waiting on answer. She starts flipping through book and like we are booked and looked down and did not make eye contact again!!!! I got my stuff and left the salon. I told the front desk lady that she might not want to send their customers over there to that salon any more. They try to be nice but with that look. RUDE AS EVER. When looking for a salon, I went to their website and was happy to find a menu of services and an extensive gallery highlighting their work. I could read about the training, experience, and specialties of various stylists. I was even able to immediately schedule an appointment during off-hours using their online booking program. Super convenient! Lexi Mitchell worked to tailor my inspiration photograph to my face, skin tone, and budget. My appointment was over 3 hours (balayage, cut, and blowout for thick waist-length hair) and she was attentive and energetic the entire time. During that time I got to see numerous customers come and go and the work these stylists are doing is awesome. From kid's cuts to root touchups to full colors I was impressed by every single one.
