He knows everything about the industry and designed us a beautiful whole home audio system which includes an ethernet backbone which ran from the demarc to centrally located amps in the attic and then ran speaker wire to in-ceiling speakers in the living areas and a pair of all-weather outdoor speakers off our deck. He spent about an hour with me to survey the job and then delivered his quote which was spot on despites some unforeseen anomalies with our house which we know is old and unfortunately, not always up to code. Nothing seemed to ruffle him as he found positive workarounds to each issue, vetting each one with us. The end result completely exceeded our expectation. Ken really delivered and although I think he is an IT/Home Theatre savant, more importantly, he's a good person who is a kind and thoughtful of others. Best money ever spent! read more

We had Ken and Angelo come to our new house to mount a TV above our fireplace. I was a little hesitant at first to put holes in the wall but they patched it up perfectly and we just put a coat of paint over it and it looks fantastic. They were so professional and were very thorough in going over all of the different options with my husband and I. We have received several compliments from people on how great our living room looks. I found Ken by calling around to see if I could beat Best Buy's quote on installing a car stereo as a gift. He gave me advice on choosing the stereo, installed it on Christmas Eve near my house for much less than Best Buy would have, and checked in with me afterwards to see how it was going. I contacted him again about a car battery that seemed to be draining and a satellite radio antenna that needed replacing, and he came to my house to work on both issues. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and takes the time to get it right. Ken is knowledgeable, thorough, reliable, and really, really nice. He was extremely courteous, trustworthy, and an expert in Audio/Visual installations. I had a great experience with Ken installing a remote starter in our Toyota Sienna. He was responsive and helpful while booking, came to my house to do the installation, and left no trace of his work in the car. This is a much better experience than providers I've used in the past that required leaving the car with them at their location for 10+ hours for the install. A level of service and value for money (reasonable pricing) that I have never seen before.. We asked quotes from multiple vendors and this is the 3rd time we are installing a TV in a new home. Ken was very easy to schedule with,was super nice, came on time with his colleague, completed the job quickly and to the highest standard and even tried to do some extra stuff that we did not thought of initially. I found these guys to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked them about a home installation and the price was very high competitively speaking. When asked if they would match it, they pretty much just said no and hung up the phone. After deciding to go with another vendor, I had a friend share that they were not very reliable either. I had a remote start installed on my 2012 Maxima. The vehicle is push-to-start, and I wasn't even sure if it was possible to get one. I found Cutting Edge and sent an email to inquire about it. Not only was Ken (the owner) prompt in replying to me, he answered all of the questions I had. He was professional and knowledgable and I felt very comfortable with him. The unit was a bit pricey, but being that it's push-to-start, I expected that. It was actually a little less than what I had anticipated. They make it convenient for their customers by coming to your location. On the particular day they did my installation, it was extremely cold out and I felt horrible that they were working in those conditions. Ken continued to tell me that the weather was not an issue at all and reassured me not to worry. Since the system was more complicated than most, he informed me during the install that it may take little bit longer than he originally thought. That was 100% fine with me, especially since he made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied. They also cleaned up after installing the system. My car actually looked better than it did before the installation! Ken also followed up with me to check-in and ask how the unit was working, if I had any questions, etc. He told me to contact him if I had any issues with the system - and he would take care of it right away. Now THAT is good customer service! The install was perfect and I have not had a single problem with it. I read the reviews others have posted and I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would not give this business a five star rating (perhaps that one person was just having a bad day).
